Halong Bay

The seemingly never-ending coastlines, bays, rivers, lakes, waterfalls, and amazing forests with breathtaking caves are among the natural wonders of Vietnam. The beauty and serenity of nature mingles with the calmness and quietness of the pagodas and shrines in this enchanting country in Southeast Asia. These attractions and a number of world cultural heritage sites, ample historical events and traditional festivals make Vietnam indeed a splendid place to visit.

Known as the poetic heart and life vest of Vietnam is the Halong Bay. It has 1500 sq. km large water surface studded with thousand of rocky islets and enormous caves. You can enjoy a day exploring the bay by means of the boats available for tourists. You’d surely enjoy the sight of the islets uniquely shaped like animals from which they are named. The hidden mysteries of the islands and veiled caves seem to entice tourists to come to Halong Bay and discover them.

Bat Trang Pottery Village

Another great tourist attraction in Vietnam is the Bat Trang Pottery Village in Hanoi, the most ancient and well-known pottery village in Vietnam.
It is believed that pottery making in Bat Trang has continuously flourished since 1009 during the Ly Dynasty.
