Summer is a perfect time for virtually every kind of entertainment, sport, and adventure. It’s simply a time for fun and leisure, a time to bring out that bubbly and creative person within you. Go and take break, enjoy summertime!
So, what’s up for grabs this summer?
If you love performing arts or simply want something artistic rather than fat-burning this summer, you can go to Lincoln Center for Performing Arts in New York City. Every summer, great variety of performances ranging from dance, music, stage and operas are presented at the center. Everything from the past and the present are showcased in this year’s summer festival—yet all are renditions by Lincoln’s performers are definitely unique and superb in their own way.

I have no idea whether this message will reach the appropriate person at the Lincoln Center Festival or not, but I will try.
I attended Grendel last night, and while I enjoying a great deal about the whole experience, I have to say how DIFFICULT it was to read the supertitles, particularly the titles for the texts of the chorus. The font needs to be changed!! At the end of the first half, I had such a headache from trying to read the supertitles.... and not being able to understand much of the text. Granted, I was in Row J in the 4th Ring; however, the font of Grendel's text was 75% legible to me, and beging able to read 80% of the chorus's text would have been preferable! My companion (a 25-year-old woman with, presumably better eye sight) also could not read the titles for the chorus's texts.
It would be so easy to make that adjustment in the font before the remaining performances. I know this because we use supertitles for all of our recitals.
