Palawan: A Paradise in the Orient Seas

Luxury and wealth may not all be in forms of materials things, specifically, money. It is in this light that I consider a third-world country such as the Philippines a wealthy country. Proof of this wealth is the tropical island of Palawan, considered as the “nature sanctuary of the world.”

Palawan boasts of a fantastic marine life, thick rainforests, dazzling azure waters, long stretch of breath-taking white beaches, great diving sites, captivating mountains, picturesque caves and so much more. Truly, it’s a haven for those who seek serenity and a laid-back life, far away from the stressful and often chaotic urban lifestyle.

Palawan

Situated just about 586 km south west of Metro Manila, the country’s capital, Palawan is so easy to reach. From Manila, you can take a one-hour direct flight to Puerto Princesa, the heart of Palawan. Charter flights can be made to get to some of its best destinations like Cuyo, Coron and El Nido.

Hotels and resorts with well-appointed guestrooms, excellent amenities and great scenery abound in Palawan, so your stay there will definitely be a relaxing and enjoyable one.

I wonder why Asian countries such as the Philippines are branded as a "third world country'"? Anyway people are really fond of labeling so let those big people think what they want to think. Our time to shine has notyet come perhaps..hehe..

Well, going back to the main topic, Palawan is indeed one of the Philippines' BEST. It's a great place to stay especially if you are tired of the hustles and bustles of life. So if you want to take a break, relax and enjoy, then Palawan is definitely the place that you should put on top of your list.
