Marrakech gave Morocco its name, since the dawn of history. It is here were the Berbers and the Arabs came together to mingle with the nomads and the mountain people. It is today the unchallenged capital of Southern Morocco.
Craftsmen, architects, painters and sculptors built magnificent palaces, mosques, gardens and Koran schools, in addition to Souks of unlimited beauties and treasures.
Whether it is in the copper souk, where metal is handmade by craftsmen into beautiful home accessories, or the Laghzal Souk, home of the wool merchants, or in el Btana with its sheepskins, Or even in the middle of the Zarbia souk, where carpets are sold, you are bound to find something that comes out from a full moon night of the old tales of “one thousand and one nights”.
From the Djemaa El Fna Square, which is the starting point of the souks of Marrakech, you can be entertained by snake charmers, jugglers, dancers, fortune tellers, musicians and more.
Don’t make your visit to Marrakech a short one, visit its every palace and mosque, then make a trip to the surrounding areas to see majestic, more relaxing Morocco.

Our Morocco is such a truly fascinating country blending the old and new with an experience unlike you will find anywhere in the world!!its a combination of the cultures of Arabia, Africa, and Europe, which is only 12 miles away!!
Its beauty is in how it dramatically links history with modern hopes making it possible for present-day lives to be enriched by humanity of the past.
Morocco represents many cultures, traditions and styles, and has long provided inspiration for artists and designers captivated by its multitude of flavors.
Marrakech is one of the most interesting and rewarding cities for the serious traveler to visit. It has an interesting history, the people are friendly and artistic.
the people of Marrakech love their city even more, and we all over the country would not let down an opportunity of visiting it.
The most worthwhile tourist traps are collected inside a rather small zone, starting in the north with the souks, continuing through the town square of Jemaa l-Fna (with its crowd of storytellers, musicians), the Koutoubia mosque which is visible from practically anywhere in Marrakech, and the extraordinary Jardin Majorelle, a beautiful garden of cacti and flowers, with specttacular fountains and fish.
Many Europeans and Americans (mostly movie stars and artists) still dont understand their deep attraction for this mysterious but accessible city!!! they fell so much in love with Marrakech that they erected their palaces and gardens here!! And as H.A.R said, in Marrakech u can "find something that comes out from a full moon night of the old tales of “one thousand and one nights”.
If you doubt what I've said, check ur friends who have been to Morocco, and ask them what they thought of it. The chances are that, when you hear what they have to say, you'll want to catch the next plane to Morocco. And if you do, I hope you'll enjoy it as much as they did!!!
