What’s surprising though is the paper-thin computer that Canadian researchers have come up with! Researchers from the Queens University Human Media Lab in Ontario, Canada showed a prototype of the said device. The prototype is basically a touch-screen display that responds to commands through bending gestures.

The display is very thin just like paper. The director of the Lab Roel Vertegaal referred to it as a “small sheet of interactive paper.” He also referred to it as a cellphone in the same sentence, “You interact with it by bending it into a cellphone, flipping the corner to turn pages or writing on it with a pen.”
