At last, after a long period of silence, Lenovo has something new to offer. The computer maker announced on Tuesday the availability of new laptops and, take note of this, a new and exciting feature to go with them! Lenovo is advancing its laptop offerings by integrating a multitouch input in them. This is the software that allows navigation by using not just two fingers but up to four! Lenovo hopes that this feature will make it easier for users to accomplish whatever it is they are working on in the laptop. The first Lenovo model to have this feature is the Windows 7 ThinkPad T400s.
Lenovo Unveils New and Slim ThinkPad T400s

The competition for the thinnest and lightest notebook isn’t over yet. Lenovo unveiled its latest lightweight notebook, the ThinkPad T400s on Tuesday. This notebook’s total weight is just below 4 pounds. The ThinkPad T400s is sports a black casing that is just 4/5 of an inch thick. And although it’s thin, T400s packs quite a performance. Its 14.1-inch screen has a 1440 x 900 resolution. Powering it up is the 2.53-GHz Core 2 Duo processor, 2 GB of RAM, and a solid-state drive. Customers have an option between a 128-GB SSD and a 250GB hard drive.
NVIDIA Ion Integrated in the New Lenovo IdeaPad S12

Lenovo launched a new netbook that will eclipse its netbook competitors. That’s if, it’s really true that it delivers 10 times faster graphics than other laptops available in the market these days. The netbook in focus here is the IdeaPad S12 that features the NVIDIA ION graphics processor. FYI, the NVIDIA ION is one of the latest technologies intended for small, low-cost laptop PCs, according to Lenovo VP Stepehn DiFranco.
