Two new laptops have been unveiled by Hewlett-Packard. The HP Compaq 6735b and 6535b are the two latest models to be installed with the new AMD Puma platform. These two new laptop models are meant for business purposes thus are built to fit the function. The HP Compaq 6735b is a 15.4-inch laptop much bigger than the 14.1-inch 6536b. Both these laptops have almost similar configurations. In terms of processor, you have a choice whether you’ll go for AMD Turion X2, Athlon X2, or X2 Ultra. And what’s built-in include the ATI Radeon HD 3200 graphic card and an amazing 8GB RAM.

Hard drive storage is already ample I think. 160GB is more than enough for storing important files. Aside from that, it comes with a DVD burner or an optional HDD. The ample screens provide a WXGA resolution that comes with BrightView and anti-glare options.

It would be awesome to own a touchscreen PC. At present, there are only a handful of touchscreen PCS in the market. But here some good news…there’s a new addition to them. Hewlett-Packard unveiled the two latest models in its HP TouchSmart PC lineup. With the new IQ504 and IQ506, the company is “redefining home computing”. With just a touch of the fingertip, you can make the high-resolution screen respond for you to access information. Imagine creating a playlist, viewing photos, and watching movies – just manipulating them all by hand, literally!

Drawings and designs have always been used as effective tool for communicating something. And this is what HP and MTV are capitalizing on with the design competition, which they called “Take Action. Make Art”. This is a competition that is open to everyone around the globe that has the capacity to develop a unique design that will be used in a special edition HP notebook PC. Contestants can make use of any subject or theme that he or she is most passionate about, starting from music, fashion up to environment. Upon submission of the design contestants will also have to give a brief explanation, like 25 words or less, about their concept.

HP is also onto gaming PCs. The most recent offering they have for the market is the Blackbird 002. This new pc has been solely designed in order to provide a great gaming experience for users. This has been made so by its designers VoodooPC Inc., a company that was acquired by Hewlett-Packard last year. So to get an “in-depth” view of the Blackbird 002, users will actually be able to get a customized edition of this black aluminum gaming pc…your choice matters in the case of the Blackbird 002. What HP boasts about this pc is that it can keep cool even in the hottest gaming encounters. And that will be thanks to the full liquid-cooling system.

There is a new laptop straight from HP… featuring the HP DV6500/CT Pavilion notebook! Owning this new laptop would be a true privilege because it only comes in a limited edition, with only 1,000 units available solely for Japan. It will surely be a big benefit to have this laptop because of its exclusive design of the snow scene. This said HP DV6500/CT Pavilion notebook will feature a 15.4-inch widescreen LCD with 1280 x 800 resolution panel.

When talking about technology, one of the names that will usually be mentioned is HP or Hewlett-Packard. It is not unusual because HP has made its mark in more than 170 countries all over the world.
