Lenovo expands is field of interest by releasing its very first consumer oriented desktop computers in the US. The IdeaCentre K210 is the very first unit to be marketed outside China. Lenovo made the launch on June 30. Lenovo hopes to capture more consumer share in the U.S. with this newly-launched desktop PC. Some of the integrated features of the PC make the IdeaCentre K210 a unique PC. Some of its unique features are the Facial-recognition technology and anti-microbial keyboard. Fujitsu recently announced that they would be revitalizing two of their notebook line by providing optional solid-state disk or SSD. The said notebook lines are the touchscreen, ultra-portable notebooks, LifeBook P1610 and the Lifebook 6210. The optional storage device that can be used in place of the traditional hard disk drive (HDD) is the 16GB or 32GB SSD. Fujitsu sees this as a promising avenue for having faster transfer rates, lower access times, silent operations and of course longer battery life. These are great benefits and you can rest easy.
