World of Warcraft: Cataclysm Teaser
I know lots of World of Warcraft game addicts out there are eagerly awaiting the new game expansion Cataclysm. Well this expansion won’t be launched until December 7, 2010 but, avid fans were given a glimpse of what’s in store for them yesterday October 17. Footage of the new Cataclysm was broadcast on TV during the commercial break of the NFL game between the Dallas Cowboys and the Minnesota Vikings.
If you didn’t catch the footage yesterday, you can still watch it on YouTube. I watched it and I must say it’s quite impressive! The game developer Blizzard didn’t hold back in making Cataclysm.
The introduction opens with a deep scary voice and a huge dragon rising from the molten lava. Then there was destruction everywhere-earthquake, floods, and tidal waves. Though it’s just the introduction, I can’t help but be amazed by the crisp and realistic graphics. If the entire Cataclysm is like it, gamers will surely come flocking to stores on starting December 7.
