Sony Teams Up with Billabong for Imperial Lime Edition Netbook
Do you want to own a netbook that oozes superior performance and eye-catching style? If you live in the U.S., you're in luck because the Sony Vaio W has just gone stateside! And you know what? This model has Billabong style written all over it. If you love Billabong then, you're going to love this netbook just as much. This version of the computing device is fondly called Imperial Lime Edition.
As you can see, the lid is made up of lime green, sky blue, and black. Well, some of you might not find it great. Those who love abstract art will do for sure.
The Imperial Lime Edition is not only about looks. This 10.1-inch netbook is also about performance. Powering it up is the Intel Atom N470 CPU that operates at 1.83 GHz. This is matched with the Mobile Intel Graphics Media Accelerator (GMA) 3150. You'll be glad to know that for its memory, it has 1GB or 1GB DDR2 while storage space is a huge 250GB hard disk drive.
Other features of the Imperial Lime Edition by Sony and Billabong is the built-in Motion Eye camera and microphone, QWERTY keyboard, 2 USB 2.0 ports, VGA output, and card reader. Connectivity includes Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.
This limited edition is already available for pre-order. Its official release in the US is on June 11 with a $499 price tag.
