HP and AT&T Announces New iPaq Glisten

HP and AT&T iPaq Glisten

HP will release a new smartphone in partnership with AT&T. The new iPaq Glisten is a communication device that I’m sure would attract lots of potential buyers. But, it kind of reminds me of the Blackberry. But anyway, this mobile phone has great features that a person could ever need. It has 3G that will enable users to connect when they need or want. HP equipped the iPaq Glisten with active-matrix organic light-emitting diode or AMOLED. This handset’s operations depend on Windows Mobile 6.5.

This operating system is already a big attraction especially for business users. So, HP really made the iPaq Glisten even more competitive by including the following features in it:

• Touch capability
• Flash support
• Built-in Wi-Fi with dedicated on/off button
• GPS with turn by turn navigation
• SMS/MMS
• 5-way directional pad
• Full QWERTY keyboard
• 3.1-mp camera

The HP iPaq Glisten will be available soon, (there’s no exact date yet) for $299.99 with 2-year contract.
