Hmm, I wonder where he got this bright idea from. Anyway, at first glance no one would ever take it for a fan because not only are the typical blades missing its overall design doesn’t look like any other air-generating device. It is simply made up of a tube that serves as the base and perched on top of that base is a huge hoop.

Some people, including me, are dubious on how this contraption could possibly work, however it really does work. It all boils down to the wonders of engineering. The gray base of this Dyson Air Multiplier Bladeless Fan has absorbs air and forces it to the hoop perched on top of it. That’s the process in a rather simplified description. But, it’s really a bit more complicated than that.
