What? Final Fantasy and PS3 combined? Wow, this is great news for fans of these two. I know some who are avid Final Fantasy fans. If any one of them is planning to get a PS3 any time soon they’re just in luck! At the Tokyo Game Show, Sony has unveiled the very first 250GB Sony PS3 Slim Bundle bearing the much-loved Final Fantasy design. Frankly, I love the design too, but I’m not much of a gamer. The pink FF artwork on the white exterior is very appealing indeed. The PS3 Final Fantasy XIII Lightning Edition bundle pack will be available on December 17, 2009. However, this edition is only limited to the Japanese market.

Some of you might be having some violent reactions because of that last sentence. Well, there’s nothing we can do about that because it’s Sony’s call. This edition, also called CEJH-10008, is composed of a ceramic white 250GB Slim design with the Final Fantasy print, a wireless controller, and cables. Although the CEJH-10008 bears the FF design, it doesn’t have a copy of the game.

This 250GB FF edition will come with an equivalent price of $455.
