XDE stands for Extended Detail Enhancement which provides a more upscale viewing experience. Through the XDE technology, video quality is enhanced and so that the outcome is a nearly HD experience. By using this device, users can have a more enjoyable viewing experience. So, how does the XDE player manage to do this? There are three processes involved.

These processes include Detail Enhancement wherein the edges of the images are sharpened while reducing the so-called 3D noise at the same time. The second stage is called Intelligent Colour where the blue and green shades are improved. The contrast dark areas are also improved through the third process called Contrast Enhancement. All these processes combined results to color-rich and vibrant images. But the best thing about the XDE600 is the additional USB functionality.
