Do you want an MP3 player that as inconspicuous as an acorn? Now you can! It’s even appropriately named. What I’m talking about is the Motz Acorn. It’s really just a tiny MP3 player that you can sling around your neck using the leather necklace included in the package. When it comes to uniqueness, the Motz Acorn comes on top of the list. Unlike other MP3 players available nowadays, the Motz Acorn features a casing made from hand-carved wood. Within the wooden shell is a 1.5-watt speaker.

This very cute Motz Acorn sells for $80 or 7,800 Yen. To give you an idea of just how tiny it is, well it is 40-mm long and 30-mm wide. All in all it weighs 17 grams.

Motz MP3 players aren’t exactly new. This line of gadgets was first released back in March 2007; however, its distribution in Japan was dropped. But now, it is being revived as another distribution channel picked it up. Cowon Japan is the new distributor of this ingenious player.
