Many of the smartphones out in the market today have Windows Mobile as their operating system. Users are able to browse the internet via their phones through this mobile OS and accessing Facebook through the phone is possible because of this. However, the extent of access is only limited. But, that’s about to change as Microsoft release the new Facebook application for Windows Mobile, this new Facebook application is exciting because it lets you do more with your profile like update your status, accept friend requests, and share pictures with other members.

Wait! There’s more. You can also upload videos right from the handset. So, using it will be just like how you do it in a desktop.
The new application works on the different versions of Windows Mobile, it will work whether it’s the 6.0, 6.1, or 6.5 version you use.

If you want to try it out on your phone, the application is already available for download at Microsoft’s site. The file is a .CAB file. You can download it directly to your phone using Pocket IE.
