Acer must have been inspired by the excellent reception that its 9-inch Aspire One netbook has garnered since its launch. So now, Acer is launching another netbook to attract more netbook lovers – the 10-inch Aspire One AOD150. In spite of the bigger screen, Acer is keeping the starting price at $349.

With 1024 x 600 pixel resolution, images and documents are clearly displayed. It is equipped with Windows XP Home with Service Pack 3. Its processes are centered on the Mobile Intel 945GSE Express Chipset, Acer partnered this up with Integrated Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950 for great graphics display and viewing.
Storage space is not a problem with the new AOD150. It has 160GB SATA 5400 RPM Hard Drive. Some of the 10-inch Aspire One’s features are still pretty much the same as the original Aspire One. It comes with three USB ports, VGA out, Ethernet jack, Crystal Eye webcam and microphone.
An amazing thing about the new AOD150 is its battery. According to Acer most units will have a 6-cell 4400mAH battery. However, there are some that have the high-powered 5800mAh batteries; those who get a unit with this kind of battery are lucky!
