A friend of mine was complaining that she doesn’t get much exercise these days. Walking to work is the only form of exercise she gets everyday, which is not much since she lives a only a few blocks away from the office. So, she’s really happy when her hubby bought a Nintendo Wii.

She said she’s motivated to wake up early and swing with the Wii Fit around for thirty minutes to an hour each morning. To have a more rigorous exercise I’ll tell her to buy Riiflex Dumbells. These new set of dumbbells are intended to hold the Wii Remotes. The Remotes easily fit inside the dumbbells. After slipping the remotes in you can proceed to breaking some sweat!

I think using RiiFlex Dumbells can be effective too. The product will be available in 2 pound and 5 pound styles. Even though the Remotes are inside the dumbbells they will still function as they normally would. Riiflex is already accepting pre-orders for the said Wii accessory. There is still no word on how much they will cost though.
