New Lowrance GPS Units Launched
The Lowrance Endura Outback is the 5.9-oz introductory model that has a 2.7-inch touch-screen, basemap, and a microSD card slot. This is the most affordable of the three at $299.
The Safari and Sierra models on the other hand are more upscale GPS units. The Safari has the same basic features as the Outback with added barometric altimeter, trip computer, and electronic compass. This feature allows the user to be more aware of his locations and the condition of where he is standing at a certain point in time. It costs $385. The most advanced of the three, the Sierra is equipped with a 3D digital compass and barometric altimeter. High-detail outdoor maps are also integrated in the Sierra. You can count in the basic features aid about the Outback.
