Apple Introduces Revolutionary MacBook Wheel

Do you want to say goodbye to the computer keyboard? Frankly, I don’t want to. Right now I can’t imagine writing posts without using a keyboard. If many computer users think like me I don’t think Apple’s newly introduced Macbook Wheel will be a big hit, but, I could be wrong. The new Macbook really doesn’t have a keyboard. In its place is a giant button that controls everything. You can type through the virtual keyboard that materializes after you press the alphabet menu.
To create a letter or a word you have to scroll through the button to the letter you need and repeat the process over and over again until you come up with whole word or sentence. Think that’s pretty straightforward? If that’s difficult Apple has the “predictive sentence” technology that helps you complete the sentence you intend to type, probably so you won’t get tired scrolling through the giant button. Based on the video of the demo I saw I don’t think it’s easy or practical to type in this MacBook.
However, it’s not all that bad. The MacBook Wheel has a simplified filing system so it is easier for the user to look for the file he needs. By just clicking wheel an alphabetical list of all the files in the hard drive. Aside from this, this thin MacBook also offers a new kind of battery which they call the Hummingbird. This battery can supply power for full 19 minutes before needing to be recharged. The 8GB MacBook Wheel costs $ 2,599 while the 40GB model is $9,960.

What do you think of the MacBook Wheel? Do you think you’ll get used to typing without the regular keyboard?
Update: This MacBook Wheel is a spoof released by The Onion. I should have known when it was said in the video that "everything is just a few hundred clicks away"!
