Maybe it is the popularity of its Eee PC that impelled Asustek Computer to create new line ultraportable laptops. One of the models unveiled was the Eee PC 901. This new model is also based on Intel’s forthcoming Atom processor. Just like the original Ee PC, the PC 901 is also just made for personal and limited use. Here are its features:

• 1.6 HZ Atom processor
• 1G memory
• 8-9 inch screen
• Memory card slot
• Bluetooth and Wi-Fi
• Battery life of up to 6 hours

The new Eee PC 901 will be available in Windows XP or Linux. And take note, these two will come with different SSDs. Windows XP will have 12G SSD and Linux will have 20G. You can choose from tow sets of colors - white and black - if you want to avail of this new Eee PC.
