Tech N Gadgets

It seems that Microsoft is kinda envious of the attention that the Wii Remote is getting lately that is the company is said to be developing a remote that is closely similar to the Wii Remote. Well, at least that is what the rumors say. This rumor came from MTV. The rumored Xbox 360 remote is codenamed “Newton”. According to the reports, the “Newton” has been under development since August last year. Hmmm, it’s over six months now, yet there’s no prototype released.

So, if you’re well-versed with the way Nintendo’s Wii Remote works, you will not find it hard to imagine how the “Newton” will operate as well. Through “Newton” users will be able to control the actions portrayed on the screen by the Xbox 360.

Though the “Newton” is only a rumor right now, I’m sure that techies out there, especially those who are Xbox 360 fanatics are itching to get their hands on this device. Am I right?

I don't think the Xbox 360 needs this, I think it is more of a gimmick and don't even see why the Wii has it. I will probably buy it if and when it releases, but I don't think motion sensing interests me much. I like good games.

This is stupid. I bought an Xbox 360 to play games for relaxation not to wave my arms around like those freaking idiots who own a wii.
