Just last June they touched up some of its features; PS3 now has the AVC high-profile format that video for faster and high quality video streaming. Another good news about the PS3 has been announced. In the very near future the PS3 will be available with the DivX video support! How great is that?! Well, for those who don’t know, DivX is a very recognized video format that is being used in a lot of devices including Windows and Mac.
Famous DivX Coming Soon to the PS3
Through the integration of DivX in the PlayStation 3, Sony looks forward to establishing the console as an excellent media center. Those who already have video collections in the DivX format will find this very convenient. Game developers can also use DivX format in making games for a more cinematic gaming experience.
I’ve mentioned that this new feature will be available in the near future. As to the exact date we still don’t know since DivX Company is still working on making the format compatible with PS3. Just be sure to watch out for this!
