It does look like a miniature missile launcher and it makes use of three foam projectiles that you can use on your target.

The launcher can shoot up to 10 feet in the air so there is a big chance you’ll hit your target right on. You won’t have to spend much on batteries because you’ll just have to install its software on your PC, attach the USB cable and voila! You can twist it 180 degrees and angle it at 45, then if you’re already sure of your target, just touch the button.

First time I saw this Desktop USB Missile Launcher I couldn’t comprehend what it’s for. But I think it could be great to use if you want to play a prank on somebody. Have fun!
