Asus is high up in action once again with the release of their new laptop, the Asus U3. Asus has a champion in this new laptop that they have created with its 13.3” size screen and 3.9 lbs weight. Small and lightweight it features a gleaming black exterior case and making you comfortable while working is the leather palm rest. Majority of the U3 laptop is made from magnesium aluminum alloy. The white keyboard featured inside it is a direct contrast to the piano blackness on the outside. Working with this laptop will be a great experience with its 1280 x 800 resolution. Other than giving a crystal clear view, the screen also helps save up on the charge of the 3-cell battery.

Asus U3 operates using Intel Core 2 Duo processors. It is also supported by the 1GHz to 2.2GHz Core 2, with an added new feature in the form of the Intel Turbo Memory. Working and playing graphics can be done via the 128MB Nvida GeForce 8400M sourced through the HDMI-out port. Aside from this port, there’s also one for eSATA, USB, Firewire, VGA/D-Sub and TV out. There is also an integrated 3G module as well as GPS. No pricing has yet been announced for the Asus U3 laptop, so you best watch out for it.
