Those who have been looking forward to the release of the Microsoft Office for Mac will have a little longer wait because Microsoft’s Business Unit for Mac announced that the Office release will be pushed back from the second half of this year until the first quarter of 2008. This move was made in the effort to deliver a much-improved product to the market. This was also done due to some problems that were encountered when they switched to using Intel processor.
So far the Microsoft Office for Mac is made with excellent capabilities one of which is the ‘Elements Gallery” that allows for fast document formation. This can be done through the drag and drop feature included. Another highlight of the Mac Office 2008 is the “My Day” feature that enables user to follow up on the important tasks that they have to do.
There is also the “Ledger Sheets” support for making important papers like invoices and budgets since this already provides the formula needed for such task.
