It’s been a while since Motorola said anything about releasing a new handset anytime soon so this news about a new RAZR coming up is really a big surprise. But a very good surprise, right? I checked out Motorola’s website and had a great and in-depth view of the new RAZR or what some fondly dub as the RAZR2. If you have seen the previous RAZR well the new model is based on that same design, only that the RAZR2 has lots of improvements in it. The designers of this phone have faced some challenges in terms of design but as you can see from the result they have surpassed them. If you think the RAZR is already thin, the RAZR2 is thinner!

The new clamshell RAZR2 is slimmer by 2 millimeters. Though small and slim it still bears that solid look and feel that elicits a positive response. Really, the new design with the seamless look is a result of precise and impeccable engineering.

The RAZR2 features two LCD screens; one is on the outside part and the main phone inside. It carries the CrystalTalk feature that can get you hear clearly even if you happen to be in noisy location. The picture caller ID makes it known to you who is calling at the moment. Speakerphone and conference calling is likewise provided for your convenience. The RAZR2 can also read to you your messages with its Talking Phone feature. Messaging is made even more convenient with the Motosync, Personal Email and External Text Messaging feature. With the External text Messaging feature you won’t have to open the phone in order to read or respond to the message because you can do them all on the external screen.

Aside from that the RAZR can also provide you with entertainment with its music, camera and video capabilities. Storing these kinds of contents is easy with the 2GB of memory installed in it. Web browsing with the Full HTML Browser would be very enjoyable when partnered with the High-Speed Connectivity. RAZR2 is said to be available in July.
