Hewlett-Packard will be the first to release a gaming notebook, that’s if all the rumors about the Pavilion HDX are true. Some images of the notebook have found its way online so most probably the Pavilion HDX will not be long in coming. This rumored gaming notebook is somewhat on the large department, measuring about 20-inches and weighing 12lbs. Being on the large side makes it possible for the laptop to incorporate a windows media remote and a full-sized keyboard on its side. Likewise it has touch-sensitive media keys on top.

Though not much specification was said about the Pavilion HDX, it is said to be designed for gaming as well as for viewing movies. As such it should be equipped with high performance part right? Maybe it will come with the GeForce Go 8000 graphic cards, HDMI out, HD DVD option together with the web cam.

Everything about it is a still just rumor so we might as well wait with bated breath ‘til HP speaks out.
