I guess some people would do almost anything just to get what they want. How about if that “something” is one of the hottest game consoles today, like the Nintendo Wii? What if someone dangled it right under your nose, saying that it will be yours ... for FREE if you will drink a large volume of water ... like 8 ounces of water at 15 minute intervals without urinating?

Well this is what Jennifer Strange did, a 28 years-old mother of three. Maybe it was because of her desire to have the Wii that she entered in the contest “Hold Your Wee for a Wii” which was organized by KDND 107.9 radio in California. But she did not know that that contest was to be the cause of her demise. Several hours after the contest, she suffered from a sore head and went home, and was found dead later on. Coroners said that water intoxication could be the cause of Jennifer’s death. This happens when there is an abrupt alteration of the balance of electrolytes in the body.

Well ... this is really a very unfortunate incident and all because of a Wii.
