It seems the giants Nintendo have a little problem on their hands...or in their hands!
The Wii remote, although one of the strong points of the console, is proving to be a trouble-maker at the same time. There was a case of the remote flying out of the gamers hands and breaking TVs. (that's really funny) and now, they're being sued for infringement. Another company claims that the controller is copied from their original design.

Interlink electronics has alleged that the Wii remote infringes a patent it has for a one handed wireless pointing device that is designed to be used as replacement for a computer mouse. In the patent, the device is described as a "trigger operated electronic device".

But the claim may not stick, still, it is proof that as soon as you get rich, there will be people out there who want a piece of you!
