Samsung has once again let loose its ability for innovation. You and I know that Samsung is one of the top players in the mobile phone industry. Samsung has taken mobile technology one level up by developing the world’s thinnest mobile LCD panel. With a measurement of 0.82 mm Samsung LCD is almost like a credit card in terms of thickness. The new LCD screen is available in 2.1 and 2.2-inch size. We won’t be able to experience this slimmest LCD panel until the second half of next year.

Together with these new LCD is the development of the a new mobile technology called i-Lens which will be used for integrating panel assembly into a single unit that will be thinner and more resistant to shock and easier to read compared to the previous panels. This i-Lens technology can also be used by other mobile makers to cut off from a mobile phone 1.4-2.4 of its thickness.

Samsung is getting us ready for an era where mobile phones grow thinner by the day. So how about giving it up for Samsung?!
