Aside from movie-making, Walt Disney is now also taking some experimental steps in creating videogame software. And it’s not just any software because Disney will be producing games for Nintendo’s newest game console, no other than the much awaited Wii.
Buena Vista Games Group, Disney’s video game publishing department, has already announced that they already have a company assigned to undertake the task of creating the Disney games for the Nintendo Wii. The job falls on the Salt Lake City-based Fall Line Studio, which is one of Disney’s recently acquired development studios. This company has been acquired in accordance with their plan to reduce the outsourcing they do when it comes to developing games.
