Japanese Mobile Phone Loves Its Owner

P903i Mobile Phone

Ever had a phone that fell in love with you? If not, then you should go to Japan and meet the P903i from NTT DoCoMo, Japan's top mobile carrier. This phone can't be separated from it's owner and if it is, it automatically locks down from sadness.
Hard to believe but check this out...
The owner keeps a card in his pocket or wallet about the size of a movie ticket. The phone locks onto this ticket wirelessly and if it gets too far away, it locks down to prevent other from using it. Furthermore, if it gets stolen, then you can track it via satellite!

The extra security is handy because, like other recent Japanese phone models, the P903i can be used as a credit card or a prepaid cash card at stores that have special reader machines.
Pretty neat!
Beat that Nokia!
