Samsung, the maker of the world’s first HSDPA phone adds a new HSDPA handset to their great line of innovative mobile phones, the all-new Samsung SGH-Z560. It’s very slim, almost as slim as Motorola RAZR and supports 1.8Mbps data throughput. This slender Samsung phone features a 2-megapixel camera with auto focus, 30 MB internal memory and microSD slot for expanded memory, 2.3-inch QVGA 262K LCD, external touch music keys, stereo speakers, and a MP3/AAC/AAC+/eAAC+/Real playback.
HSDPA is a new form of mobile telephony protocol, also called 3.5G technology that allows high-speed data transfer. It’s seven times faster than WCDMA and offers Internet access almost as fast as fixed-line ADSL. With this technology, downloading huge multi-media files such as DVD-quality movies and interactive multimedia games is such a breeze for Samsung SGH-Z560 users.
This phone is already out in France and Germany; soon it will be available in other countries in Europe as well.
