When we catch sight of Carrie Underwood she�s usually all dressed up and looking glamorous. However, when she�s not on the red carpet, or when she�s not in front of a crowd, Carrie is still an ordinary woman like the rest of us. She likes to dress for comfort than for fashion. Jennifer Lopez has proven once again that she is still one hot momma! J-Lo rocked in her figure-hugging black dress at the This Is It premiere held at Nokia Theatre on Tuesday in Los Angeles. Were you able to watch the event? If you did, then you know what I�m talking about! J-Lo sashayed down the red carpet in a glittery black bandage dress from Herve Ledger. The dress had glittery material going down the front. She matched her dress with knee-high boot from Herve Ledger by Max Azaria. The boots also has some glittery accents on it, making the perfect complement to her dress.

]]> J-Lo also chose the right accessories to go with the rocker chic look. On her right hand was a thick bracelet with maybe diamond stones, if I�m not mistaken. And on her left was a much bigger bracelet.

Her tousled updo showed off her huge bangle earrings hanging from her delicate ears.
All in all, I really love her dress and her whole look that night. She�s sizzling hot!

A $10,000 perfume� would you dare? For total ownership of that specific scent, some would! In fact, a Parisian spent such an amount in order to have full ownership of the fragrance #2 from L�Artisan Parfumeur. He or she will have sole right to that perfume for the rest of his/her life. Well, so I guess it�s not surprising that he/she is willing to splurge $10,000 for it! And to show full ownership, that person is given a �certificate of authentication.� On top of that, he/she also receives four 100ml bottles, four 50ml bottles, and four 15 ml bottles of L�Artisan Parfumeur #2.

]]> As icing on the cake, this owner also has full rights to order more of this scent. He/she has to pay $450 per 100ml bottle. He/she can order it as long as he lives. Since, life is not forever, the rights to the perfume can be willed to any heir or to anyone that person chooses.

The stick-thin models that dominate the runway have sparked the public�s concern because of the negative self-image that they evoke in ordinary women. His exact words, �No one wants to see curvy women� and that only fat people who are jealous say that thin models are ugly.

The Keeping up with the Kardashians� star collaborated with the company Lighthouse Beauty for her upcoming fragrance. Kim was totally involved in the making of the fragrance because she really wanted it to smell the way she envisioned it to be. For the top notes, Kim liked the heart of jasmine, tuberose and gardenia, drydown of tonka bean, jacaranda wood and sandalwood.

She really wanted her fans� feedback about what looks great because she even posted two choices for the bottle � a hot-pink and a pale-pink version. Most of her fans chose the pale-pink one. Kim Kardashian�s fragrance will be available in 1 oz. For $32, 1.7 oz for $45, 3.4 oz for $65, and 0.33-oz roller ball for $16. Those who want to smell the way Kim does will have excellent choices! This new perfume will be exclusively available in Sephora for 3 months; but, after that, it will then also be available in other department stores.

I really love Emma Watson�s fashion sense! Did you see her when she attended the Burberry Prorsum Spring/Summer 2010 Show during the London Fashion Week? The event was packed with other fashion icons, but Emma held her own with the shimmering gold Burberry dress she wore. The short Burberry dress suited her frame perfectly. Emma accentuated the short- sleeved, front-zip Burberry dress with a stylish black leather belt.

VMA winner Taylor Swift has a new project going on. And nope, it�s not music. She�s collaborating with well-known British retailer Marks and Spencer for a new fashion range. She�s designing dresses that are inspired by the sundresses that she usually wears. And despite being under Marks and Spencer, Taylor Swift�s new fashion range is affordable� well, that�s what she said.

]]> �If I was going to put out dresses I wanted them to be affordable especially with the economy doing what it�s doing, so I�m really excited that we�ve accomplished that.�

Marks and Spencer hopes that by bring Taylor Swift onboard, they will be able to attract the younger generation into their fashion range.

This isn�t the first time for Taylor to work on a fashion range. If will recall, she already has a range of dresses for Wal-Mart, which was launched earlier this year.

The 61st Annual Emmy Awards that was held on September 20, 2009 at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles was another event that one shouldn�t have missed. It�s really too bad that I did. So, it�s just now that I�m catching up on what went on at the red carpet. A lot of celebrities looked all glamorous in their outfits, but my dress pick is the one worn by Grey Anatomy�s Sandra Oh. Her elegant and shimmering gold Marchesa sheath gown is definitely a winner!

]]> Her strapless gown is made up of intricate gold lace. The darker metallic color of the gown reflects the red color of the carpet making it more eye-catching. The gold tassel around her waist is just the right accent because it sets off the graceful curve of her waist and hips perfectly. The gown�s color perfectly complements her skin tone.

On her are Jimmy Choo heels and on her finger is a David Yurman ring. Tacori earrings adorned her delicate ears. The final touch to her outfit is the Marchesa crocodile clutch.

Even though she didn�t get the Outstanding Supporting Actress award, she�s still a big winner on the red carpet. It�s all thumb up for Sandra Oh�s Marchesa gown!

Aside from gorgeous dresses, this year�s VMA is also filled with great sparkling jewelry. Whose jewelry did you notice most? Anyway, it was a night for Lorrain Schwartz jewelry pieces to shine! If you didn�t notice, all the famous ladies had Lorraine Schwartz jewelry dangling on their ears and arms! I liked Taylor Swift�s Lorraine Schwartz earrings which seemed to gracefully cascade down her dainty ears! Her mesh earrings are made up of oxidized gold and diamond. It has oxidized gold cuff with 40 carats of diamonds.

]]> Next in line is Beyonce who was wearing Lorraine Schwartz jewelry that was worth more than one million dollars. On her ears were huge hoop earrings and on her arms were three big bracelets. The earrings that were made up of diamonds and rock crystal was worth $450,000, while the bracelets which consist of green, lavender, and black carved jade with diamonds and rubies was worth $600,000. Wow!

Katy Perry Sizzling Hot in Silver Spiked Dress

Did you watch this year�s Video Music Awards? For sure you were able to see the best-dressed and the worst-dressed celebrities during the event. There were lots of ladies who looked awesome that night, but, my personal favorite on the red carpet was Katy Perry. Well, she literally sparkled in her silver outfit by The Blonds that she wore during the event. This number features an asymmetrical hem that showed off her shapely legs to perfection! And you know what the highlight of this dress is? It has spikes on either side of the waist!

]]> I just hope nobody got injured by these spikes. Katy matched her strapless spiked dress with silver, studded Christian Louboutin pumps. The only other accessory she had on was udeFrances hoop earrings.

Her makeup and hair do go perfectly with her dress as well. Her makeup was done by Cover Girl makeup artist Jake Bailey.

This is the latest bag that YSL has released for a long time, so it�s not any wonder there� so much hype going on about it.

Its single handle�s length is just right for slinging on the shoulder or simply carrying by hand. This bag looks fabulous. A big plus is the fact that it�s versatile! It can be used almost anywhere, to the office, to a day out, shopping, dinner, and a lot more. It looks really spacious enough for makeup, cellphone, and other what-nots.

Since it is YSL, expect the Roady hobo to be pricey. It costs $1,795. It sure is on my wish list! How about you?

A bit of gold shade can also be seen in the dress. The above-the-knee outfit had sequins all over it that seemed to form spiral patters, which made it all the more alluring. But well, it�s Kylie wearing it, so naturally it would look great!
