Charlize Theron was stunningly beautiful at the 5th Anniversary of the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund in New York on Monday.
Charlize was there to support the Vogue Fashion Fund and help her pal, designer John Galliano hand out awards to young designers.
She wore a breathtaking strapless, black, silk & leather Dior Haute Couture Fall 2008 dress and vintage jewels from Frerd Leighton.

Several months has already passed since Jennifer Lopez gave birth to her twins Max and Emme. If I’m not mistaken the twins are already 7 months old going 8 this month. If you saw Jenny while pregnant you know she gained a lot of weight. But today, when you see her on TV and in pictures, she hardly looks like she had a baby. She’s looking like a hot mama again, especially in this pure white sleeveless dress that she wore at the launch of her perfume Deseo for Men at Macy’s in New York City.

If you slip into a bandage dress do you think you can get away with it? Those gifted with great curves and less fats sure can, just like Rachel Weisz. Yes, she just affirmed that she's gifted with curves when she was spotted wearing a signature Herve Leger bandage dress during the Toronto Film festival premiere of her new film “The Brother's Bloom”. Yup, Rachel is a certified hot mama as she walked down the red carpet at the Ryerson Theater where the Film Festival was held. The silvery blue bandage dress really becomes her, as you can see there is no excess fat anywhere. I think the charm of the whole dress is the crisscross impression from the sleeve down to the helm.

Selena Gomez’ fashion has already been featured in our Dress of the Week, well hey she’s back this week. If you take a good look at the outfit she wore at the 23rd Annual Imagen Awards you’ll know that her dress is worthy to be featured as the Dress of the Week. Selena looked really charming as she walked down the red carpet last August 21. The outfit she had on was a Grecian-inspired midnight blue single shoulder dress. Looking closely you’ll notice the crisscrossed bodice and the charming flower-like shoulder strap. Below that the hem of her dress is also charmingly crisscrossed creating smooth folds as it goes up.

Hayden Panettiere is not only pretty, she also has style. She definitely made that obvious at the Whaleman Foundation Benefit which she hosted last Sunday night. She wowed all those who were present as she made her say. Hayden wore a superbly flattering Herve Leger banded dress. The dress which was designed with a sweetheart neckline went well with her hair brushed up. From the sweetheart neckline, the dress flattered Hayden’s figure with the fitted bodice that displays black, white and orange bands. Wow, she looked awesome!

Did you watch Disney’s Teen Choice Awards last August 3? Can’t say I have. Too bad I missed it, would have been nice to see who were nicely clad then. I just browse the Internet for those who awed the Teen Choice Awards blue carpet. One cutey there was Selena Gomez who was wearing a blue Mint mini dress. I have to say she really picked the right color for her skin tone. The cut is not bad at all because it’s a tube dress that reaches above her knees. I’m not sure if the wrinkled look is still a part of the design though. She paired the dress with silver pumps.

While browsing the web and finding out what some celebrities are up to, I stumbled across this photo of Tara Reid. Being a party girl that she is, I guess her sense of style cannot be faulted. Just take a look at this green dress she wore at the 2008 Hale Bob “Summer of Love” party at club Falcon in Hollywood. The green dress that she wore had a wide neckline and the hem only reached mid-thigh. The color is just stunning and made even more eye-catching by the gold accents at the neckline and the sleeves. She also wore a gold belt with it. It looked perfect on her body and it looks worthy to be our Dress of the Week. I couldn’t find who the dress’ designer was though. Anyway, Tara paired it up perfectly with open-toe gold sandals and gold bracelet.

Wedding gowns and dresses are usually very expensive; the material, the hand sewn details and other things give them their pricey tags!
But in an attempt to make the cheapest dress, using the simplest materials at hand, dressmaker Katrina Chalifoux came up with a beautiful dress, that's made all of paper ... not any paper, but toilet paper!
Katrina participated in a contest -Cheap and Chic Toilet Paper Wedding Dress Contest- for making a wedding gown made of glued toilet paper and nothing else! She came up with a fantabulous design and won $1.000!
It's beautiful but there's one downside to it ... one rip and the gown goes down the toilet!!!

Don’t you just love Demi Moore? She was sighted last week wearing the most glamorous dress.
She had on a blue satin dress that showed off her curves perfectly. The dress is purely royal blue satin with ruffle hanging in front.
The neckline is like a halter design crisscrossing on the chest to meet on her nape. The color just complemented her skin color and hair.
I couldn’t find who the designer of her dress was, but whoever he or she is, they made a superb creation.

Michelle Obama is becoming one of the most popular figures in the United States these days. Well, she would since her husband could be the next President of the country!
The buzz is one her lately. Last week she was a guest host at the show “The View”.
During the show, she happened to mention she bought the black and white print dress she was wearing for only $148 at the White House/Black Market. Immediately after the show orders for the said dress came pouring in to the various branches in the U.S. The dress’ designer, Donna Ricco, was surprised to know that Michelle Obama wore the dress, but in any way, Donna was happy to know that fact.

It was all over the news that last Saturday, President Bush’s daughter, Jenna, got married to Henry Chase Hager. It was just a low-key affair with approximately 200 guests.
Anyway, what I’m most interested in is the wedding dress that Jenna Bush wore during the wedding. I’d say simple and elegant – these are the words that perfectly describe her dress. Created by Oscar de la Renta, the dress was an embroidered organza gown. Every detail of the embroidery is done to perfection as you can see.

Although Gwyneth Paltrow was in a Fashion Disaster post last well, this week her eye-catching dress is featured as Dress of the week!

I hadn't taken much notice of Gwyneth Paltrow’s fashion sense before, but her latest get up can’t but be admired. She wore this gorgeous dress during the premiere of her movie “Iron Man” in Rome. It was a little black dress that looked like a see-through number, but actually it was not.Her dress which was a creation of fashion icon Jean Paul Gaultier was made with a fish-scale-like design.

Some of you might not like it, but I do! I think it looked good on her and she looked very elegant. The dress hugged her curves beautifully and made her look taller than ever.

It’s a difficult task sometimes to pull of some dresses … a twisted, strapless dress for example … you’d have to have the body and it would be like the dress was made totally for that body!
Well, Renee Zellweger pulled that off a few nights ago on the red carpet of her movie ‘Leatherheads’ in London.
The things is, she sported simple hair and simple makeup and no jewelery what so ever, except a red ring … and the dress was more than enough.
The aubergine/wine color contrasted with her white complexion and her simplicity … which was fantastic!

I’ve already laid my admiration for Katie Holmes in her choice of outfit. And she has done it again with the dress she wore for the premier of her movie Mad Money. This movie also includes Oscar winner Diane Keaton and nominee Queen Latifah. Anyway, I just love this dress Katie wore especially with its strapless design, which in my point of view is a grey/silver color that is accentuated by lots of beads. The whole design is actually just simple but mind you, it is oozing with class and sophistication! Well, it would be a shame if it did not, since it is an Armani dress. She looked really stunning at the premier that Tom Cruise just couldn’t seem to take his eyes off her. It’s sweet!
