Did you watch this year’s Video Music Awards? For sure you were able to see the best-dressed and the worst-dressed celebrities during the event. There were lots of ladies who looked awesome that night, but, my personal favorite on the red carpet was Katy Perry. Well, she literally sparkled in her silver outfit by The Blonds that she wore during the event. This number features an asymmetrical hem that showed off her shapely legs to perfection! And you know what the highlight of this dress is? It has spikes on either side of the waist!

I just hope nobody got injured by these spikes. Katy matched her strapless spiked dress with silver, studded Christian Louboutin pumps. The only other accessory she had on was udeFrances hoop earrings.

Her makeup and hair do go perfectly with her dress as well. Her makeup was done by Cover Girl makeup artist Jake Bailey.
