Yup, Rachel is a certified hot mama as she walked down the red carpet at the Ryerson Theater where the Film Festival was held. The silvery blue bandage dress really becomes her, as you can see there is no excess fat anywhere. I think the charm of the whole dress is the crisscross impression from the sleeve down to the helm.
