Tips

Human skin is a very precious part of the body because of the fact that it holds everything together. The skin also plays a big part in a person’s beauty and good looks. A person with a healthy-looking skin will no doubt elicit great admiration from almost anyone. Your skin and the summer sun, yes these two go together just like summer and sunburn. During the summer sunburns have a way of occurring no matter how careful you are, but it’s always good to observe some tips that will be useful in maintaining a healthy glow to your skin.
These are only practical “to do’s” that should serve as reminder for you. When you go to the beach make sure you don’t get directly exposed to the sun especially from 10 A.M. until 4 P.M. when the sun is at its strongest…and make sure that you wear some protective clothing as well as helpful accessories like wide-brimmed hat and sunglasses. Of course, never forget to put on sunscreen with a sun protection factor SPF of 15. It’s not hard to find a sunscreen with SPF 15 since they are widely available nowadays. Be reminded however that you should test the product on yourself first to be sure that you won’t have any allergic reaction to it. Sunscreen should be reapplied after every few hours when you’re already on the beach.
Keep these things in mind and you’ll be in for an enjoyable time. Just remember that the sun’s rays can make you beautiful, but too much of it can make you suffer as well.
