Luxurious jewelry makers Chopard, have designed Madonna her very own necklace, according to Vogue UK.
A diamond necklace that says 'Hung Up', is made of white gold with 1.95 carat of white diamonds.
The necklace also has a gold chain of eight brilliant diamonds.
Like many of Chopard's pieces this necklace contains a loose diamond, specifically in the 'g', that moves about in a transparent compartment.
Madonna will be wearing it on stage during the current world tour.
