Soumaya was 23 year old when she joined Star Academy. She is from Tunisia.
She came to Star Academy to prove herself and gain experience.
She is beautiful, sensitive, cute and humorous. In the sports lessons and dancing lessons, she was one of the best if not the best.

She worked hard in all lessons and tried to better herself in the singing lesson in order to avoid being a nominee, but she was nominated a few times and left on the night of the 30-01-2004 prime.
