Nader Guirat, winner of Star Academy 5, has finished shooting his first Video Clip in Kiev, Ukraine!
The single is in French and is called "L'Ange Perdu". It's arranged by Michel Fadel and directed by Samir Abdel Massih.
It will be broadcast exclusively on LBC in just a couple of days!

He was supposed to promote the Arabic song!...Lara doesn't speak Arabic, this guy doesn't sing in Arabic, i think that Arab society is seriously adrift, undergoing an identity crisis...

then can you tell me please why neither an English nor a French singer sings in Arabic?... why when an arabic song becomes famous it's thanks to a French or an Israeli singer? eg " yallabina by an israeli singer ishtar or salma ya salama by the late french/italian singer Dalida"...Arab singers are unable to make their music known worldwide...

Je ne suis pas du tout en train de juger Nader...je parle de la chanson arabe qui est souvent mise en valeur par des israeliens et des français...quand nader &compagnie pensent à leur image qu'ils veulent" internationale...je sais que Nader est talentueux...c'est un peu grace à lui que j'ai découvert la lbc et la star académy...je suis un grand fan du groupe Mika...en cherchant sur youtube les chansons de mika, je suis tombé par hazard sur la star académy libanaise où Nader chantait merveilleusement bien " relax take it easy"... j'ai voulu savoir plus sur lui...j'ai découvert qu'il avait été le gagnant de la starac5...ce que je trouve bien largement mérité...c'est en quelque sorte aussi grace à lui que j'ai atteri sur le site Waleg et ce forum que j'apprécie...cela me permet de savoir ce qui se passe niveau culturel en orient et dans tout le monde arabe...mais quand je vois qu'au lieu de servir la chanson arabe justement parce qu'il est très talentueux et qu'il préfère utiliser son talent pour promouvoir la chanson occidentale...franchement cela me désole pour les arabes...ni nous les français, ni les anglais , ni les américains n'ont besoin de nader aussi talentueux soit-il...je te laisse méditer sur ma logique qui se veut avant out , fraternelle et solidaire des arabes et de la culture arabe...

So don't fret too much. Do you guys remember Tina from Star Academy (I have nothing against her, she was amazing person, sang arabic, english and french)? Well remember how she came out with an English song with Chris deBurg? Well that never became too famous, or at least in the Arab Countries. Because we like to listen to Arabic Music more than the foreign.....

La poésie qu'elle chante est écrite par le poète et intellectuele syrien Nizar Qabbani. La musique arabe de nos jours est vraiment dépravée et nulle. Les paroles se résument à mon amour, mon coeur et les nuits.

Oh merci merci jtedipas pour ce précieux conseil...j'ai déjà été curieux des poésies de Nizar qabbani qu'une fille de ce forum avait pris le soin de faire citer dans ses commentaires...je pense que c'était une fille allemande "Scarlet" des b&l fans...je ne sais pas d'ailleurs pourquoi elle s'était embarquée dans ce groupe de fans délirantes...grâce à elle j'avais découvert Qabbani et l'écrivain palestinien mahmoud Darwich...
j'ai, suite à mes recherches, découvert que les textes de Darwich sont chantés par le chanteur libanais Marcel Khalifa...maintenant tu m'informes sur majida al roumi qui chante du Qabbani!...ça ne peut qu'être excellent..j'aime la belle musique et surtout les belles paroles...
je suis sur ce forum pour me cultiver et pour l'amour de la musique arabe...je ne connaissais jusque-là que oum kalsoum et farid al atrach...il m'arrive souvent de faire mes devoirs ou de me coucher sur la musique d'inta omri d'oum kalsoum... j'adoooooore...vraiment...
Pour Nader je pense que son démarrage est complètement loupé...tu as raison de dire pour quel public il chantera en français? quand on sait que la majorité des arabes...en tous cas les plus influents comme les egyptiens, les libanais ou les arabes du golf sont surtout anglophones...il va chanter pour trois pélerins et il disparaîtra comme les petites marionnettes... haha...tu connais certainement " ainsi font font font les petites marionnettes, bis, trois ptits tours et puis s'en vont"...dommage...

Au Moyent-Orient on se réveille avec Fayrouz et s'endort avec Oum Kalthoum, j'ai même pu le constater quand j'y était. Si tu aimes le chanteur Irakien Kazem Al Saher alors dépèche toi de réserver un place parce que le 21 novembre il donnera un concert aux Palais des Beaux Arts à Bruxelles. Kazem est lui aussi connu pour ses chanson écrites par Qabbani:). Quant à Marcel Khalif je peux te dire qu'il chante vachement bien, j'au eu la chance d'aller à un de ses concerts!
