We've barely gotten over the soap opera of Tania and Micho, now we have to go through the new soap opera of Lara and Bash.
All I can tell you is that they're having meaningless conversations and pointless talks that are nothing but time fillers!
Ibrahim is showing more feelings towards Basma these days.
One morning, she's sad and mad and Ibro goes over to her and tries to cheer her up and know what exactly is bugging her.
Micho and Lara take their eval assignment from Wadih. They have to act out a sketch and sing a preassigned song.
(They performed their eval after the prime, because they were scheduled to travel to Italy on Saturday morning)
Aya is feeling lonely and the only person she finds solace with is Lara.
Lara is getting lots of feedback about her performance and voice and her dad has an opinion.
He tells her (over the phone) that she doesn't have a small voice and she'll be the best and she's doing wonderfully. And he tells her to wok hard and make him proud.
Zaher tried to make use of the final hours for him inside the academy (he already had a gut feelings that he's leaving).
He comes up with a game for all to play, some give him some attention while others just ignore him!
Azuz ignores him and that makes him mad! But they solve their problems quickly and get back on the usual track.
Bash says goodbye to Lara very early, hours before the prime! (The goodbyes are not because he thinks she'll be given the boot, but because she's traveling to Italy on Saturday morning).
And it's back to more of the usual I'm gonna miss you, I love you conversation between Lara and Bash.
Bash tells Lara that her upcoming trip has to do her a world of good and she has to come back fresh and energized next week.
Lara tells Bash that his trip to Spain brought him back different, in a funny way!
Micho and Tania are having their usual coded conversation ... But what i got is that Micho feels obliged to travel and Tania doesn't understand why?!
Then Tania tells Micho that when she leaves the academy, she wants to go home, sit in her room, and stay there and not see any soul! No body! Why ya Tania?!
She just wants to take a bath, put on her pyjamas and lock herself in her room!
During the prime, the students were very happy and excited. We find this out from the backstage reportage.
After the prime, the students went back to the academy and Yahia for one climbs on the roofgarden fence and greets his fans.
Zaher drops by the academy for the last time to pack his things and greet his friends.

No, Roula changed the programme, she will send them at first to the beach, then the teachers will put some of them for nominees (might Tania&Yehia or Lara?) and then one of them will leave........and Lara can go else after the coming prime to Italia...it`s not a big deal and Roula has the chance to make a "romantic" reportage about M&T and L&B and Y at the beach for the next prime......

We are sick of them. We don't know anymore what show we are watching. Even the dailies are too much now. It is a bad daily soap opera. You are making us seriously not look forward to the dailies anymore or watching the 24/7 channel. What's left? The prime with the student's mediocre performances? I seldom see the students actually practicing for their songs anymore. They are always shown flirting and talking to each other about stupid nonsense. Don't you try to defend Azzouz for singing, he sings all night long songs that are not for the eval or prime and the same old style. Nothing innovating.
So, can you please stop nominating non-couple students to inevitably leave, and start getting rid of each couple's significant other? Guy or girl, we don't care anymore. This is no longer reality TV, but scripted soap opera. No person would change their mood so fast as we see in these students. Some of us are not 15 or 16 year old girls or gals who "don't get it" or "don't understand" what is going on.
Also, today's excuse of Micho's Visa being messed up, and Lara's and Micho's return in less than 5 hours to the academy was obvious. It was pre-planned! LBC, you had 10 weeks to get a Visa done for him, why didn't you and wasted people's time? Do you honestly want us to believe that Tania was ok after 15 min of a major break down? Do you expect us to believe that a certain friend from the audience told Tania all this to drive her insane during the prime. I thought there was a strict rule to not talk with anyone outside the academy, especially the audience without permission. Why was it an exception for Tania at the time?
This show is starting to make us sick, and we are deprived from watching student's talent evolving over the weeks from the "classes" they keep attending. They are not even making up new songs anymore, or trying to do something new and entertaining for us. Only person that did was Bash. What did some of the other students do? Out of obvious jealousy, took his songs and made fun out of it.
We want those students to show us what they learned. It is an ACADEMY!

Bash and Lara were/are since 3 months continuosly together, so they know many things/situations/stories about the outside life the other, they understand each other without words and talking with looks, that`s mean on the same waveleght, coz in some situations it`s enough a look at the other`s face and those understand exactly what`s up.........Bash said Lara today that they are not on the same page, coz Lara was at the airport and talked more than 4 ours with her parents/ and with Misho + parents, so she knew things that Bash may be doesn`t, coz of he said "we are today not on the same page".........

Ok here's my opinion:
I'm bored of M&T and L&B stories.
To Mona08, as you said they shoud show us the other students and more classes in the dailies.
As for the nomination, teachers do not consider the students performances in the prime, they consider only the evals and that's not fair at all because many students mess up in the primes and are not nominated while others do great job but keep on being nominees.
Dee, you obviously dont go out to that many places... i know this for a FACT and i have seen it... i dont make stuff up because i dont hate lara aslan so CHILL kda and dont get so fired up..

I know for a fact that I went out a alot this past week, and I didnt see any of her pictures. I admit that her dad sent messages to all the phones but her pictures are not everywhere. Even in uni, her friends are just telling people they know to vote, but they did not bring any pictures, although they could have.
oh and Sophia, im sorry if I sounded a bit agressive. I am not hating on you in any way. I apologise if it came out the wrong way.
I think that they should nominate Lara, Tania, Bash Michel or Ibrahim.
Lara: she has a good personality but her voice is so week, she can't sing in arabic nor in english.
Tania: she has the weekest voice in the academy, no stage presence and I'm fed up of her drama.
Bash: although I like him so much, his voice is not strong. I would be sad if he's nominee but the teachers should nominate him.
Michel: he's just boring with the same stories and the same style of songs, I don't know why he's not nominee yet.
Ibrahim: he's funny and his voice is ok but he sometimes messes up and should be nominee then.

at the end of the day its about who people prefer. the audience goes crazy for yahya but you rarely see that kind of reaction to Aya even if she has a better and more controlled voice.
As for everyone talking about how Tania was "happy after 15 minutes"
you guys this is just editing and lies. You can tell it was much longer than that because when she came back Micho was all calm and eating. Only in the previous clip he was trying to break down the door. Obviously more time had passed where he was able to calm down.

Thanks for keeping me updated today while I was away from my computer....I though I can take a break from the show!!!!
I have watched now all the archived clips....and I am really confused.
If the visa issue was fake and Rola wanted just to give Michel & Lara some time behind the cameras to smoothen their relation, then why they have to fake a story. They could have just send them really to Italy and there they will have more than 3-4 hours to smothen their relation.
If this trip was canceled to relieve everybody (actually, nobody was happy with it....it was like a punishment not a reward), and Tania was aware of that, then why not making it simpler. I mean Aya was allowed to exchange her trip with shopping. Why Rola did not meet with them and told them that you have the choice to exchange your trip with something else....
If this trip was cancelled due to the Swine Flu (which I doubt), then why they said that they are going next week while the Swine Flu is expected to worsen next week.
If this trip is delayed for more drama, I think we were supposed to see better drama by showing mad angry Tania, sad lonely Bash and, at the same time, happy Lara & Michel in Italy. Now all what we see is love birds everywhere in the academy.......and the beach trip can be done next week....hmm may be Yehia is leaving this week
In my opinion, there is only 2 logic possibilities:
1- What they showed is simply the truth. Lara said that she & sout el dameer (who had his visa already with Bash & Ibro) had no problem, while Michel and the other person could not make it. I don't know the regulations in Lebanon....may be because of the military service, if it is obligatory there.....They will fix the problem and then they will leave next week......simply like that.......but how come they managed before to obtain the visa for a Jordanian, a Morrocan, a Syrian & a Kuwaiti persons and they fail to have it for a Lebanese person!!!!!!
2- This trip is not cancelled. It is delayed till they cook something like Bash or Tania to go with them to really have more & more drama. If Bash has a multi-entry visa, then all he needs is another top 1.
Then, wth Tania & Basma did to Lara so that everybody's reaction is just like that.....Ibro & Bash were mad about it.....It seems that Lara's parents know something too.....Then Lara's rough attitude today after her return.....Moreover, I did not expect that they will show this part of the 2 Cindrella sisters in the dailies!!!!!!! Lara's moher said also something about a "Monster" or a "Beast"....who is that....Michel?
I think that Basma & Tania said or did something really nasty & horrible to the extent that even the producers want to give them this image in front of millions.
There is a change in the mood regarding the couples. Lara & Bash are shown more frequently in both the live channel & the dailies.....They even keep some kisses & hugs especially for the dailies.On the other hand, Tania & Michel are now shown as happy calm couple. They are shown separately doing other things with other people which was not the case for the past 2 months.

BTW, Bash did not say "we are today not on the same page"....he just asked "Are we still in the same page"....Her reply was smart....she said "Yes and even if this page will be flipped, we will still be in the same page".
I don't know why Massari song is given to Bash....I think it is too difficult for him and they are putting too much stress on him by asking him to sing one time in Spanich, another time while dancing & jumping ....and a third time to sing a song that is difficult and that he does not know....

ok guys don't get me wrong but can we stop wasting our time hating on people that we don't even know? don't you know by now that LBC likes to show us the " exclusive " scenes so we can start wondering and questioning ourselves like that for no freakin reason!
Micho and Tania love each other, so what? how many of us have boyfriends and girlfriends from universities or school or whatever? how's this any different? they fell in love cuz they got used to each other, this isn't any different from the way we fall inlove, so please guys stop hating on them, they don't know the cameras are following their love stories when they should be ignoring that fact and centering their attention on what the show really about, they can love each other all they want, it's not a soap opera or perfect bride, it's two completely normal people who just happened to fall in love! i feel bad for them really cuz of all these comments and gossip we do everyday and people hating on them.
As for Bash & Lara, ok i don't get why you guys hate Lara so much? for goodness sake she's just a teenager! with so many mixed feelings, she has a boyfriend , yes, but she's also been living in the academy for a couple of months now, and she found comfort in Bash, they can relate to everything together, so what if she realized her boyfriend is not the one? it's not like she was married to him! so whomever called Lara un classy , get a life! there's nothing wrong with having mixed feelings about something.
Same deal with Bassma and Yahya, they don't know where they're at, so give them a break will you!
Honestly, i love this season. They're all great voices and personalities, and not just because they have love stories or problems that makes them ignorant , because we all face the same situations everyday.

The video is on w i s o m s o m. I just checked it. It is on the first page of the "Newest". It is called (Ibro & Bash Conversation Friday 01/05).
It doesn't show Bash crying....but you can hear Ibro asking him twice to stop crying. The camera avoided Bash's face at that time.....Then they focused on him after the publicity. I would say he wasn't really really crying....may be a tear or two.

I will try to make it as short as possible:
1- After Bash & Ibro returned back from Spain, B&L relation is strong like never before. Lara is less tensed because of the cameras. The 3 of them spend most of their time together.
2- Bash & Ibro kept on telling Lara that when they were in Spain, they knew serious things about everything that is going on inside the academy that no one could believe..They told her that she will know later.
3- Bash & Ibro seemed very upset because of the mis-treatment that Lara got from everybody while they were away. They are kind of grouping together against the others, although still talking normally to everybody. But when they are alone, they keep on saying that they have secret plans, .....bla bla bla. Lara's Mother asked her on the phone to be careful of the 2 ugly sisters of Cindrella & the Beast (referring to Tania, Basma and I don't know who is the beast. Most propably Michel)
4- Needless to say that the farewell & the reunion of B&L after Spain trip was amazing.
5- Michel lost his temper with Tania because she is always bugging him with her jealousy of Lara. He brought Lara to the gym and faced her with Tania.....everybody heard everything....Michel put it this way because he believes that his image in front of his fans, his family, Lara's family & Tania's family is getting really bad......Tania had a nervous breakdown and pulled bythe security gurads behind the blue door......15 minutes later, she went upstairs with big smile on her as if nothing happened!!!!
6- Michel & Lara have been asked to get ready for the eval after the prime as they will leave to Italy.......Nobody seemed happy with this trip.....Tania was cool......Bash asked Lara to enjoy and to have fun there!!!!! B&L promised each other to behave while they were away....meaning Lara will have some limits....and Bash will try not to be extra nice with people that mistreated her for 4 days.
7- On the prime, Michel & Lara were informed that they will leave next day noon, not afterthe prime like the others.
8- After the prime, Lara's Dad visited her (we have not been shown that, but they talked about it with everybody). The control asked Bash to bring him a bottle of water...Lara's Dad asked Bash to stay with them and had a nice talk with him about his song with Julio bla bla bla. It seems like a nice meeting. Lara's sister brought watchs for everybody. Also, Lara's Mom send her kisses & regards to Ibro & Bash for they taking care of her daughter.
9- Michel & Lara left today to Italy at 1:00pm......Then, at around 5:30pm, they returned back to the academy claiming that Michel had a last minute problem with his visa and that they will leave next week. They spent this time with their families (Michel & Lara) and then they had lunch in a nice restaurant. Please read my previous comment to see the possibilties of this trip.
9- Since her return, Lara is a bit tough with Basma & Tania as if she was told what was going on behind her back. 10- Bash was a bit irritated with her attitude with Michel after thier return...but just for 2 minutes. But then after a while, when she was almost siting between his arms, he asked her "Are we still in the same page"....She said "Yes and even if this page willl be flipped, we will still be in the same page".
11- B&L were together most of the day today. Either talking and flirting on the sofa, or Lara was helping him for hours to practice Massari song that he will perform in the prime. He never heard it before and he is having hard time to memorize the lyrics.

Actually they played a prank on everybody that they went to Italy but were not allowed to enter the country.....Bash was the only one to believe them.....I found it wired..How come you go to Italy and return back in 4-5 hours especially that he landed in Italy last week on his way to Spain.
Yes I heard him crying....but I really wish to know what did they do to her to make him cry like that.....it can't be just because of ignoring her...Otherwise, he is exremely sensetive.

did anyone watch yesterday night when bash was telling lara about the dream he had. he dreamt that he went to her house and met with her dad in the kitchen, and then her dad was laughing all the time at bash and then bash left the house down a never ending staircase. bash is interpreting the dad's laughter as a refusal for bash and lara to be in a relationship after the academy.
lara told bash not to think about it and not to believe such nonsense.

Bash doesn`t need a dream to understand that he and Lara don`t have a common future as couple, he just have to look around in the reality.......
Of course Lara is a young, naive girl who is living in her dreams, to be at the same time in the staracademy what she wished herself since years and found a boy who listening endless to her, is cute and handsome and sing in a romantic voice...............
She is deeply in love with Bash, each of her moves in the last time proves that, even i personally don´t like the way, coz she is living in Egypt and she has after all to keep an eye on her behavior coz of her reputation/ she should keep hold the limits on the screen...............coz the reputation of a girl in an arab country for example in Egypt independent of her status (i know that!) is still very important.......
Bash on the other side is a mature man, who has great chance after the academy becomes succesfull as singer in arabic! language, he will travel through different arab countries, will see and "understand" on his tours the excitement the girls about him, will record his singles and cd in different studios - that is work for months......, so WHEN he should have time for Lara? After all he has a different life in a different country........
it`s obvious after the long months, that Lara`s parents know all about this difference, coz of they keep silent towards Bash, but they else give the chanche for their daughter living for this moment - as Lara`s dad that said in his call -..........Lara`s parent have a very strong influenze in Lara`s life, so they know exactly who to deal with the situation at the moment and how they will deal after the academy...............and there is after their viewpoint as we know coz of their acts is no future for Bash as lover............but might a good friend of Lara............

ok i heard what happened exactly yesterday at around 2 am they were sitting on coach and azzoz playing with the 3ood he was in a very emotional mood and was trying to hold her hand she did not give him a chance and kept playing with a dinosar toy and talking very silly childish conversation so he told her ok lara go to bed it is time to sleep.it seems Bash has real feelings for her as for her she is attached for him as a friend and sometimes like to flirt and that is it i am sorry for him and i think she is really blind not to appreciate that wonderful guy, i love u Bash.

i think they should pursue their love even if they are aware that the odds are agaisnt them. in any event i do not believe that it is a decision where many neurons will be spent trying to analyse the pros and cons of continuining the love relationship. they have passed the point of no return; they have created an animal that can no longer be controlled by there mere intellect. any ways as the saying goes: "mieux avoir aime et avoir le coeur brise que de n'avoir jamais aime" or something to that effect.

First thing I saw was B&L holding hands but Lara did not seem in good mood to me.
I saw what happened last night. It seems that Bash said something to tease Lara and she took it seriously. She ran to the bedroom and he ran after her to explain but she kicked him outside the rooms (it seems that guys are not allowed in the girld room after the light is switched off). She refused to get outside so that he can talk with her and said "Goodnight ...I am going to bed". I think he hates when she leave him go to bed upset, not because they were not holding hands.....although he said in a funny way "This dinosore will not be her tomorrow".....

Although I was from the beginning against their love relation as it takes them nowhere.....But seeing them so in love now makes me believe that there might be a hope, a slight one, but it exists......I don't like breaking their dream by saying "sorry there is not future".....I would say "there could be a future but it takes a lot of effort".
Who knows.....you are saying that Bash will be busy recording his songs.....where do you think? Possibly in Egypt which means they canstill be together.....Again, who knows.....her family with their wealth could be the first supporter for Bash.
From what I can see from Lara's relation with her Dad, I would say that this man can cross many borders & limits for the happiness of his daughter that comes first.
....but I think the real challenge will be the tour....this is when their relation will be truly tested....There will be no cameras and they will be able to see their true faces. Thier love can grow stronger or shrink weaker.....This is when they will realize whether they are willing to do the required effort to make their relation work or not.....
Regarding the reputation issue.....I think people who will not like her bahaviors, most propable they are against Starac idea as a concept where guys & girls are living together under the same roof.....Any way, people are gettting used now to the candidates behavior towards each other inside the academy and accepting it more, taking into consideration that she came from an open-minded class. A personal opinion, I think that Lara is doing a good effort regarding her image.

i believed in the the romancy/love btw some candidats in the last 5 years academy periods........but time told me, that it doesn`t exist and all my thoughs/hopes about them were just some illusions, that deseived me, coz the students live/lived in a "faked" world..............this what we are watching is not the reality and not their real life, just a short dream and feelings that touch their hearts are temporary coz of the continously intensive get together.........
I really would wish them "to be together forever" but it will be very very difficult, coz L&B don`t have common dreams that would continue their future.......no, each of them has the own, different dream that they want fulfill after the academy.............. what they continue at this days is just they feelings for each other/ love?, friendship? ...but this is not enough........

Lara`s familymembers and their friends talk usually french or english with each other in their daily life, what Bash should do in such kind of situation? Do you think he will ask Lara each time to translate for him? Sorry for the late reply, that incident of Angham song happened today after noon, i think it was right after lunch....will try to check the exact time of it and tell u.
i don't know wht happened and made them go back to normal, they were talking but the camera wasn't on them....so didn't know wht was REALLY wrong with them.
Anyway, glad that they r back to normal...
Lara indeed is in a bad mood, but hope the sms night and the games Ibro has been preparing for tonight- i guess for tonight- will change her mood for the better....as it seems that Bash's mood is usually affected by her mood.
today the producers tend to focus on Micho and Tania again...
as for Bash and his dream, i have an opinion about it, but i will watch the clips again and tell u about it in my coming comments.
To all L&B fans who wants to know what happened in details between them:
It all started last night, they were all good, holding hands and talking about dreams and stuff like that and just few minutes before going to bed bash, lara and aziz were talking but the control muted the sound, i think bash said something as a joke becasue they were laughing and joking but lara did not like it so she went to her room and did not want to talk about it so bash chased her but she said to him good night, go to bed and you are not allowed in the girls room at this time, he said then you come outside so i can talk to you but she did not want to so he said ok, what ever you want but i will remind you of this moment later on, she went to sleep and he went to practise so they were mad at each other, in the morning bash took his breakfast and went to the theater to listen to his song (masari song that he is having a problem memorizing), then after they had sport class, when George walked in and saw misho and lara he was suprised becasue he thought they were in italy so they were telling him what happened with the visas, then bash told George that some people are still in Italy they are not back yet (he was meaning lara) so lara said thats very funny in a sarcastic way and that was it there, now after the sport class they all had to get ready, shower becasue the class with mary was right after, lara was the first one in class so mary told her to start vocalise with her since she is ready so lara left her note book on her seat (the first row where she usually sit) and she went near the piano to do vocalise, at that time bash comes to the room and he saw her note book so he sat in the chair next to her chair, then ibrahim came and he sat in the same front row 2 chairs down from bash, so their was 2 seats empty between bash and ibrahim and one of them had lara's stuff, so when lara finished her vocalise she went and sat down in the chair next to ibrahim not the one next to bash, so right that minute bash took his stuff and went back to the back row, after the class bash went right to the demo room to listen to the masari song, the cameras went somewhere else but few minutes later they showed lara in the same room sitting on the floor listening to the song with him becasue she will be singing it too, they were not talking at all, and bash was repeating his part of the song so he said something to her about if she still need to listen to her part or something she said no im done and she left and he just stayed.
After that they were just talking in a formal way just a word or two about he phone and the delagate and finally bash was in the kitchen eating, lara was talking to ibrahim and she gave him a hug and then they both looked at bash and lara said bash is mad so bash said yes im mad but they started smiling and they were saying stuff but the sound was not on them, then i heard him telling her that he was planning to tell her something that would upset her when she was practising with him in the demo room so she can leave the room but he could not, and she said i cant beleive that you were planning to upset me so he said, how about you, you sit next to ibrahim and leave the chair next to me on purpose from that point they went back to normal. They were saying more stuff about the argument but the cameras and the sound was not on them
So they are back to normal, nothing serious at all, and they both know they cant be mad at each for along time becasue they spend most of their day together and they enjoy each other's company alot, if we like that or we dont, and if people hate listening to them or love watching them that wont change the fact that they are both deelply fallen for each other with all the diffrence between them.
This weeks nomination is scary and the eval tomorrow has to be done very good becasue anybody can be a nominee, i doubt basma, aya, and aziz will be nominees and even misho becasue LBC and rola always keep one lebanese student to the finals without any nomination and this year i think it will be misho so if these 4 are most likely safe for now, then the nomination in my opinion will be between lara, tanya, yahya, bash and ibrahim, now the 3 guys were very good in the prime so the eval tomorrow will make a diffrence, now bash is not practising on his eval at all, he has been listening to the masari song since yesterday, his eval song is english "Hello, is it me you are looking for" i know he knows that song but he should work on it now instead of the masari song, i hope tonight after sms he would just work on it becasue every week the nomination is becoming more serious and only few of them left so he should take it very seriously and word as hard as possible.

I am not satisfied with Bash's mood. I think he is not ok and I am afraid this will affect him tomorrow in the eval. I think the whole dream was about Nadim..
If you watch when Lara was telling Bash that she had a similar dream in the demo room, she dreamt that she got a letter from him (Nadim) tellingher that he is not upset and that he is happy to see her happy in her life. She said that earlier she used to dream that Nadim is upset of her because she was obsessed with this idea. But now & after she talked to her friend (most propably who told her that Nadim completely broke up with her and she is not committed anymore), she beleives that she is happy in her life and she doesn't want to upset anybody. That is why she dreamt of that letter to tell her that he is not upset.
In my opinion, Bash's dream was all about Nadim....Part of it on the phone while they are in the academy. The second part was at Nadim's home. Something upset him (possibly a hug or a kiss). so he left right away and then she ranf after him to tell him that what he saw was nothing and that she is still with him...That is why he said that he woke up happy.
