for those of you saying that Lara is not talented, come on. I just saw her & bash live on justin and realized that she is the one who creat the chorography (dance steps) for the tableaux with Bash or whoever. Ellisar is not envloved. Even if sometimes the steps are not that good, I consider her very talented & creative to do so in her age. She is gonna be better than Elissar in 10 years from now. And you do not want them to keep her till the end and protect her to be part of the tour........come on.

I believe it is official now….Lara & BASH are totally into each others ……tonight was clear when she set next to him while he was training Pixy and she start to apologize to him (I didn’t know why) and she put her hand on top of his hand as if she play with the dog but he pull his hand back and she look at him like (come on) so he turn his hand back and took Pixy and start talking to him (hey Pixy pls tell Lara that when I love someone I cant keep her mad or bad) and they back normal… I m so happy for them …they are the perfect match go BASH we all love u …

I saw yesterday the issue with bash, lara & yehia isse. First of all, that was on April 11 late night. she said is trying to puch something away since 2-3 days. The prime was just the previous day. How did you know that she had the chane to talk to her sister after the prime?. Second, there is a conversation that she disliked. may be with her dad. What we saw was just nice talk about pixy and cloth from paris. May be they do not show everything. He said" you have been asked something and you answer by telling loudly what is in your head". he advise her AGAIN "forget about outside now. if later when you go outside, you still....... then if the one outside doesn't know who is the true lara, then we don't need him anymore" which means that she still cares about Nadim. It is true it seems that her parents does not like her relation with Bash and think that she is distracted. but also Bash said 'nobody is blaming you. it is only in your head". Your interpretaion could be right and couldn't.

I have not seen Diaa & Saad live last year. but their relation was more obvious not puzzked like Lara & Bash. Saad had clear feelings for Diaa. Her family did not like that and she told him. som her gave her some space.

Now, back to Bash & Diala talk in the kitchen. I am really disappointed with that. When Diala said "Ballah" she meant you are the best actor ever and she advise him to atop talking or everything will turn against him. Then he laughed and said "I hope you got something from what I said". I am afraid she is the only one undestands who is the real Bash & what he is doing.

I was shocked yesterday to see his attitude. he was not himself at all. MG he was like her shadaw when she was pushing him away and after she said yes he acts like that. All of that because she awoke him up?!?!?!?

Then after they apologized to each other (and I think she sould not). he was pushing her to go to bed as if he wanted to stay alone. I think also he left her go to bed upset. he did not care about her game yesterday although he is the one who wrote the letter that put the students in the mood for the first game.

even when they were holding hands in the prvious night, I do not know if it is only me who noticed that for few minutes in the middle he was upset or fed up.

Yesterday when Lara was upset, he was lost and going up & down right & left all over the place like a bee. I did not know was it because he really has feeling towards her or just for the sake of his image. Peaole will really turn against him if he hurt such a young girl like Lara even if they hate her.

To make myself clear. I really realy like Bash even more than Lara although I am Egyptian. He is my favourite and I was intending to vote for him only. I did not vote for Sirag and I will not vote for Lara.

To me, Lara is just a spoiled kid. I would understand her swinging mood or hesitation or childish bahavior. but Bash is a mature man (in his age, a guy could have had a wife & kids). eaither he is really disturbed and completely unstable due to his ex relation (if any. if this is not another fake story to increase the drama arround him), or he is a good actor using a little kid and playing with her feelings. his selfishness is on the peak when he advices Lara to forget about outside and enjoy thier relation while they are in starac. Can anybody tell me is there any other meaning for that except he wants to use her.

I will be really disappointed if days show us that this is not his real personality and he is a hell of an actor and just one more man wearing a mask.

BASH is a regular guy from Damascus not a professional actor from Hollywood ….. Who cold act on his friends and his teachers and the people who watch him for more than 2 months 24/7…. He is just a normal guy found in Lara the good lovely person who can understand him and enjoy to set with her.
Last night he told her to go to sleep bc he care about her and he don’t want her to stay late bc of Pixy who want to play and he told her you go to sleep and I will take care of it.
And what happen with diala it is about the nomine issue and how he didn’t came to diala and tell her a brave word and not to give up but not about his relation with Lara.

Diala did not like this part so he asked her what did she understand from the wordings? Lara said "Diala I will explain to you what he meant" because bash explained that toher before. Lara wanted to save Diala from looking like an idiot. Diala replied " enti o3di 3ala janb" meaning, you barely underatsnd Arabic. then bash told Diala " No she (Lara) really understand what I meant by the song" and started making fun of Diala's understanding. Diala understood it means the story is over and I do not want you. Tania and Micho came and bash asked Tania what did she get from his wordings? she answered correctly"it means that she is dead but still in his heart and her picture is frozen in from of heis eyes means there is not place for anybody else in his heart and he can't see anybody else by his eyes". About today, no they were else very tender to each other when they were sitting in the living room with Aya and with the other, Bash rapped his arm around Lara`s neck and they snuggled up and Lara hugged him and they held hand, but Bash was still tired and he else sleeped later there.

My opinion is that Bash is not himself since Lara said yes. It is too early to judge now but I am sure days will tell. I just hope this will not affect his performance in the prime. I will keep you updated. Have you ever thought about him having a guiltiness feeling?

I think you are right concerning Diala and her feelings towards Bash. She thinks she deserves him or at least his attention more. She is over-evaluating herself in all aspects.

yes, i agree with you- concerning Bash - i think he feels alittle bit guilty about Lara, the moment she spelled it out and fell for him; guess he was taken back abit.

he might had been pushing her in this direction, but once she got there he got scared and has cold feets.

not only he is now responsible of her and her feelings...but also he became committed to her infront the whole world.

i think all of this might have caused his weird attitude, as if he is trying to push her away or trying to provoke her....i don't know!!!

thanks for the conservation Nonny, but i think we should look behind the words and for the hidden meaning what Bash was saying................even he said it that he want to marry and want to have children like his friends, i personally think that he meant it by the far future, coz he already had a girlfriend who he loved deeply and she wanted to settle with him but he refused and chose instead of the staracademy, coz he wanted to reach at first his dreams, coming to staracademy and have success as a singer......so it`s obvious that for him comes at first the career and after all the family....i think he just want to be sure about Lara`s acts after the academytime so he try to test her with his answers/ questions - and he did it well, coz if you watch Lara`s face after his comment, she seemed to be hurted by his meaning, but he wanted exactly that, to see her reaction coz he doesn`t want to be surprised after they finish the academy............

he knows Lara`s personality well, he knows the strong influenze of her parents in her life and this is already the answer of Yehia`s question about Lara`s mother coz when she came to the academy she ignored Bash and gave him the feeling to be "nothing" she was talking to Nazem and Misho like "plz boys take care of my little girl, i trust you...and so on" even at this time they didn`t care about Lara it was Bash since the beginning who looked after Lara, listened to her, helped her by everything...so Bash understood her reaction and i think he was secretly mad at her...and i understand him...

i think, that in some situations what Bash says to Lara has a double meaning and she mostly understands that, they both are going on tour for more than 2 months without any camera and i`m sure after what i saw, that they will be in touch else after the tour and in the future, coz they found each other in the academy as close friends/or lovers and as Lara said in the "honesty night game" , she found understanding and trust on Bash side, he is very close to her heart, he makes her happy and she enjoys every minute to be with him............and i agree with her, coz they obvious understand each other without any talk, they`re living with each other like a family, they went/ and going through in good days and bad days, in happy moments and in sadness times, they support each other without when or but and are loyal friends and this feeling connects them to a strong relationship, what i`m believe in will continue else after the academytime

I do not like how lara trying to spread her insecurities toward the students by asking them to play her sick games like the one “everybody is not perfect” the guys looked confused and didn’t know what to say and she begun saying let’s start by u cupcake he was like what? Then she said come you not perfect and speak about it! She was pushing them to talk about things that make them feel less… azouz opposed and tried to stop it ….her face was like how dare u? I need this to feel good about me but that stupid nasser shouted at him and insisted the game to continue. , I feel bad for them cus they have to suck up to her cus they r observing that she is being protected by the academy’s production team. Those guys don’t deserve to be around her. They are very respectable and kind.

Hi guys, I never thought such site exist and it's so interesting to read all your back and forth comments - i.e: Doodee, Nonny and Meri. I don't really watch nagham 24/7 but please read my point of view: It is very obvious, that both comes from a completely different background. Difference in standard of living, education, most important religion, and the overall family life.
From the very first prime, Lara was portrayed, to be the pampered (little daddy’s girl) naïve, spoiled girl = (the arabic version of Paris Hilton) – by the way, part of this is being enhanced, and used as propaganda by the show organizer / director . But once they are all inside the house, and within time, real personality start appearing, (note: no one can act for more than 10 days). Lara proved, she has a strong personality, (Sagittarian). She’s mature for her age, this is something you acquire due to your home environment, and high family education and travelling.
While on the other hand, Bash was portrayed as someone determined, left his x-girlfriend, because of his target – i.e: being Starac. Has his own apartment, and helps his father building his hotel in Old Damascus –so it means he knows what he wants and where he wants to reach.
Off course within time, we started figuring out his real personality, ( disturbed, and not sure assertive of his next actions), and we realized that he does not speak and write English fluently – Note: Bash acclaimed that he knows English, but the reality is he only understands the language, he tried to open several conversations and failed to continue..but his good in memorizing the words.
Now Please Read This Carefully = If you watch the show 24/7, you will notice, the following: He is a smart boy, you will notice, he started singing in Arabic, and very few English. He was like any other boy… like Zaher/nazem …. They all sing and perform in Arabic…but so what… you have Abdel Aziz, who’s much stronger in Arabic…Ibrahim, with better voice… and the MAIN COMETITOR AZZI (looks like Mohanad the Turkish actor). (Azzi, AbdulAziz…can all reach to the finalist but what about Bash??)….remember he is Syrian verses gulf nationals and Egyptians that can get numerous voting.
It is after his first Tableaux with Lara, that Bash stardom started appearing and he made a diversion, in his choices… (Now he dances…now he sings in English…he perform s with Lara with no mistakes, because she’s creating her own choreography and training him day and night).
Bash, knew after his first tableaux with LARA, and during the sms gathering…his stardom, is at the peak when he is closer to LARA…now sms’s are reaching him left, right and center , because of the prime TABLEAUX , which was stuck in people’s head., unlike Azzi, who made a big mistake by attaching himself to Tania, loosing focus on his singing career, and simply being the shadow of Tania.
Therefore for Bash to reach to his target, he has to use an interesting tool (called Lara = with over 50 million Egyptians backing her)…the more he stick with her, the more he’ll learn how to sing in English and dance. Public, cheering her name out at the prime..meaning, will cheer him too. People who loves her..will love him too…and so on. Now because Lara, was not seeing her boyfriend Nadim, and cannot reach him by phone or physically, the relation started collapsing, and deteriorating (as they say Be3eed 3an el 3ein, b3eed 3an el alb). Lara became more vulnerable, and easy to get, and being in one house under the control of 100 cameras it didn’t help at all, and as a matter of fact it enhanced her relation with Bash. Who knew how to catch the opportunity and develop it into his own benefit.
No matter how strong your personality is, and how much people are encouraging you, when you are in one place for a long period of time, (Lara) away from your parents, family and the loved ones, (specially that you are so attached to them, and never lived away), you become vulnerable, and your instinct , start developing relation with the person, closest to your eyes…and friendship starts flourishing. ..which may lead to admiration, attraction and appreciation to one another.
So Lara found in Bash, the understanding person, who appeared to be standing by her, helping, and supporting her, (because Nadim is in LaLa Land, not even bothered to show her appreciation, or at least be there in 1 or 2 primes…. Azzi who’s in Tania’s Land….and Serag and Nazem out of the picture ), who’s left ?? is she going to stick by Nasser? Or AbdulAziz, or Ibrahim?? No off course not …
But the reality is, Bash, firstly found (the best person and most talented Lara) and thought let me stick by her side, specially at this stage, at least this is good reason, to stay longer at Star Academy, and reach easier to his own goal (being the Star of Star Academy). Secondly, if he jumps up high and flips the world, he will never find someone easily with all this education, politeness, respectfulness, and wealth to support him, and stand by him like LARA ISKANDAR, …so why not let us go with the idea of : Let use and abuse.
I just want to reflect your attention, the moment Lara get’s out of Academy, she will be controlled by her parents, which is common logic, for a young Arabic girl. (Despite she was born in the US or westernized in mentality, at the end of the day she is Egyptian from a Lebanese mom, and lives in (Katameya ), therefore her parents will not let go of their daughter easily and they will be over protective, supportive and advice her of every single step.
I am sure her parents are not too happy about this relation, but for the time being, they are just keeping their mouth and eyes closed, because they know any movement, any word is being counted on them, and at this stage, their daughter is too sensitive and need her to be focused oriented and if they make any wrong action, it will have an effect on their daughter’s career, and they will regret it.
It is only threw time, and by the end of the Starac, the real story will appear and will all get to know the reality.
I want to see Bash in the future, seeing Lara on stage performing, singing and dancing and being successful with all the fans around her… do you think he will tolerate it??? Ha Ha Ha!!!!! Let me see his personality and actions then…..He would probably want her, to stick at home bring babies..!!!!!

I like what both of you have writting about Bash & Lara.

Being a poistive supportive fan of Bash, I would think like meri. Not because the guy was in a bad mood, it means he is bad. From a positive point of view, he could be truly truly in love with Lara, but due to his age, he realize what is gonna happen after starac and he understands all the diffirences. When he was saying his silly wordings yesterday afternoon in the living room, he was just reminding himeself loudly that this will not work. He is kind of torn between the 2 feelings especially that now Lara said yes and she is "cooperative", this means that they will sink more in a love that has no future. That could be the reason behind his bad mood lately. Not pushing her away , but keeping a distance.

Also, he could be truly in love with her but he is fed up of being under 100 cameras 24/7. They can't have a moment of privacy and she is always scared of the camera. Almost, every time he jsut come closer, she jumps away or call yehia or diala to join them. He was mad yesterday night when she called diala to come and sit with them. He said "just leave her sitting with the others". In his age, you want your partner to be proud of the relation, not hiding under pillows!!!!!.

If he is acting, he would prefer someone who is willing to show the relation like Tania, not someone who puts another pressure on him that "we have to hide it".

If "Use & abuse" is his principle, we would have seen any bad behavior towards anybody in the academy. But, so far, he has been always good & supportive and polite with everybody. A person like this can't have such a sick mind. I belive that a man who cries and can't hide his tears is a very tender and sensitive man, unless he is a profissional actor whi knows when to cry and when to wera a fake smile.

Yesterday, the camera was either not on them or there was no sound. Is it possible that he asked for some privacy? Is it possible that Lara's parents interfered after the famous evening under the pillow?

Meantime, I can't deny that a part of me has some doubts and thinks exactly like Carl. Even if it is very tiny like 5 % or even less. I have notice everything you noticed and have the same feeling. Sometimes, he really gives this impression. I don't know even if he is joking or teasing her. As Lara said " sometimes these jokes come from a belief deep inside".

Did anyone other than me noticed that in the middle of their pillow evenning, he was upset for few minutes as if he is not enjoying or doing something that he does not want to do. What he says always has a double meaning.

I wouldn't say he is that bad as Carl described him. I would say he is extremely disturbed and uncertain. He is a kind of person who loves the love. he likes to be loved and in love. Moreover, he is heart broken. You can hurt someone without you really mean if you are going through all of this and I don't want Lara to be his victem. Moreover, I do not 100 % respect a man who chase a girl althoug he knows that she is with somebody else. Not only that, but also keep on pushing her to forget about him or his feelings and enjoy and have fun together inside starac!!!!

Because I love him, I want him to be for real. Days and his attaitude and the fact that no one can act all the time will prove which theory ir right about Bash. Till then, I like him and he has my full support

I am worried about tonight as Lara will have the chance to see her mom to give her pixy and I am sure she will be blamed. One thing I am sure of that her mom will get rid of all the pillows in the academy ; ))

I do not why they are not focusing on them like before. Yesterday I waited to see what Lara told him after the nominations (propably her aceptance) but they did not show that. I watched the archive of that night and noticed that after the nomination, all the students went upsatirs to te roof graden except Lara & Bash. they were downstairs alone for some time and then joined the group. I believe that is when something happend because when they went downstairs afterthen again, we all noticed the change of mood.

Also, I do not understand why the organizers ask him to go downstairs to see them every now & then. Even someone asked him about that (I think Azouz). He answered in his way 'I have some work to do. You know I work downstairs. I just come here for sometimes to cheer you up guy and than I go downstairs to work"!!!!!!!! Any chance, he is instruced what to do?!?!?!

Then, what is wrong with this Diala. I really hate her attitude. She is so sticky to him. He always puches her away. She was crying to have his attention after the nomination, although I think that everybody tried to comfort her at the beginning and she stood up and said I am ok!!!! Yesterday she was dying to sit close to him. She tried from directions, but he always took himself away and give her more than enough space, not leaning on her as he does with Lara. Then, her attitude with Ibrahim.....I think she is looking for attention from anybody.

Let us wait and watch and I am sure a lot of things are still to come, only if they will allow us to see it.

wow Carl that was damn long! but i read it and i can see you really really love Lara...well it is ok... really really like Bash, one thing you failed to notice though, people liked bash..not because of lara, it is despite lara.(ck previous posts of this sites if you havent already)
First it was because of his looks, then..his personality. the only part i agree is he didnt start as an English singer and he might have used that to stay longer in a competition i see nothing wrong in that. but i beleive, it will be Bash and not Lara who have a chance to be successful in the future( Career in middle east wise only) and in primes they cheer for Lara...cause....her cousins are in leb. and even her sister come. so dont make a big deal out of it. but i dont like their r/ship too, because as soon as Lara leaves she is gonna leave him for sureeee, back to school or something as it is how it should be.

I tried to find that clip of the partynight, but I could not. It has been aired on the dailies of March 27th. so I beleive it was March 25th. The dailies did not show the talk between Lara & Bash. The archive and clips on justin are just within the last 10 days.........Any help.

i liked your words and i agree with you coz i like Bash personality a lot and i think that nobody can hide his/her true attributes for long time without making mistakes in front of cameras which are pernament follow his/her acts, even the smalest smile, biggest tear will show on the screen even the hiddest look is going on public coz different situations comes and goes........ and as we know, Bash is just an "usually" human, so if he would be so as Carl described him, we already would have noticed it, but we don`t....

so let me tell an exemple from today: the students get today as usually presents from their fans, so they all went to the gym and searched for their own, but not all got smtg, so those who didn`t find gifts went to upstairs except Bash....no, he doesn`t care about that he didn`t get some, he stayed with the others, which received gifts till the end, helped them to open their package, box and has been happy with them

and as Carl said, Lara is a mature girl, who doesn`t do smth without to think about befor carefully and she had enough time to think about "Bash`s offer" about their relationship, and she said yes....even she ´doesn`t have her family around her, she still has a mature mind and a strong personality, she is a person who knows her limit but she said YES......

i`m sure, that Bash will get after the academy more success as Lara, even i like Lara`s character, i still think, that in the arab world she doesn`t have a chance without singing arabic, may be in abroad, but else that will be difficult, Bash has in his different FB sides more than 50 000 members/without Lara... but i agree with you Carl on your point about their background/like family, religion

I haven’t been watching the show on day to day basis, but truthfully I got interested in few students and among them were Lara and Bash.
I do not deny, I liked Bash. He is polite, well presented, has charisma, nice personality, and the fact is, he is more handsome in comparison to Azzi’s looks (that’s my opinion) and we can’t deny his the best Syrian ever came across this show. So why to let go of this good, respectful image, and literary in-fill all the doubts in people’s head?? Why?
My issue: the flip in attitude and weird behavior at certain places. Due to his age, he knows this relation is not leading him anywhere…so why to pursue it at the first place. Why do you need to be a shadow of a young girl? Why do you need to chase a girl that is still in love or at least thinking of (Nadim her boyfriend)?and worst you push her to forget someone that meant a lot to her!!! (Leave her alone, let the cameras portrait the story in a different way).
He can be respectful, show her all the care, support, and does not need to throw words, and play around (childish behavior). Unfortunately, he is giving the wrong impression to everyone. If you are of that age, you should be certain of your actions. Lara is not trying to hide it, and not shy of the cameras, it is simply that with Bash she found the perfect friend, the right person to confide with, and appropriate starac match (bcs her other partner Nasser is a hopeless case, and Azzi, ya haram, he should have been in Perfect Bride not Star 6). I assume Bash did not understand that part correctly. She knows deep inside, her parents will not feel good about this whole situation, and she knows well, that this relation is leading her to nowhere.
I did not see the pillow evening thing, but surely I can make out that her mom, is going to lecture her.
About Diala…for god’s sake…can she be more fake!! Please did you see when she got the Rolex… she informed us indirectly she love watches!!…i.e: if you want to send me gifts, please send me watches.Since the first day she was playing hard to get Bash, it didn’t work, moved to Ibrahim it didn’t work…tried to vote for Serag to assure her 80 million Egyptians vote!! and so on...
At the end of the day, the show depends on voting, and controlled by cameras, and directed by 200 persons behind the seens..so let's wait and see
