I second what Aya said if Lara wants to sing in English she should launch her career in a Western country like Massari who lived most of his life in Canada. It's not easy to sing in another language if you're an Arab living in an Arab country I mean take for example Tina, she had a song with Chris DeBurgh and now where is she? Did her song become a hit? Of course not and that's what's going to happen to Nader, Diaa and Lara because they don't sing in Arabic but in Lara's case her Arabic is weak and since she's rich she can get into any record company in Europe or the U.S. and launch her own CD. i understand that we are all entitled to our own opinions and that every person has the right to speak their mind BUT that does not mean that you should lose respect for yourself as a person in the process.
Whether it's aya's side or lara's that you're on you should try to be a little less harsh don't you think or have you lost it completely?
Yes there has been a lot of drama going on with lara and her boyfriend but despite the message LBC is trying to send out it is still her PERSONAL life and as far as i'm concerned i doubt that most of you know lara, aya, or nadim personally right?

And lara may seem spoiled to you only because of the way her reportage portrayed her as and her father is NOT paying for anything i assure you of that (thats ridiculous) and i think taking it to the limit of publicly bashing her own family is just RUDE.
I for one am not saying that she has the best voice but let's be real.. 'star' academy? i think a couple of people should leave before she does.
And yes maybe aya is jealous and yes maybe lara won't make it but still give them both a chance and remember what we see isnt half of what really goes on.
Plus i honestly think its isnt fair to lara that you are discriminating against her because she can speak good english and if mme Roula the producers or LBC didnt think she was talented enough they would not have accepted her but they DID.
