If you are a fan of famous Tennis player Martina Hingis, you will definitely enjoy these photos of her :)

Everyone in the Laker’s Team was surprised about the trade that happened with Brian Cook and Maurice Evans a few minutes before boarding the bus going to the arena last Tuesday’s game. Despite the upheaval that happened earlier it was still a surprising win of Lakers 134 over Pacers 114 in the game that was held in the Conseco Fieldhouse.
Former world No. 1, Martina Hingis, is being investigated for testing positive for cocaine after a urine test at Wimbledon this year ... she claims she's 100% innocent!
The 27-year-old Swiss tennis star, has decided to talk directly to the press to explain herself:
"I find this accusation so horrendous, so monstrous. I am frustrated and angry. I believe that I am absolutely, 100 percent innocent. I have never taken drugs."
This said, at a conference in Switzerland, she also announced her retirement ... for the second time.
This shocked tennis fans around the world ... a double surprise! Not a happy one either!

There are only very few individuals who make it to golf amateur championship at a young age. Among the few are Michelle Wie who almost won an LPGA major when she was 13 and a PGA when she was 14. Wei made her professional debut in 2005 at the Samsung World Championship in 2005. But just lately her game has been not so good, besieged by criticisms, wrist injuries, poor public relations, missed cuts and two withdrawals. These are reasons enough to wipe the smile off anyone’s face right?
But Michelle now has another big reason to smile because she has finally come of age! She turned 18 on last Thursday. Yep she finally blew her 18 candles. It’s good because she’ll be in good spirits as she heads down for the Samsung World Championship. According to her, “I feel a lot better as a person. You know, I think that it will get better.”
The world once again witnessed the third match between Filipino boxer Manny Pacquiao and Mexican boxer Marco Antonio Barrera. In their final major fight last Saturday Marco Antonio Barrera lost once again to Pacquiao. Pacquiao won with a unanimous decision in the WBC super featherweight battle. After defeating Serena Williams, Justine Henin moved on to her next opponent, no other than Serena’s sister Williams. In the match with Serena, many said that Henin just got lucky, but with her defeating Venus Williams she proves herself to be one fierce tennis player to contend with. Last Friday Henin conquered Venus in the US Open semi-finals in a 7-6, 6-4 score. She is the first one to defeat both Williams’ sisters in a major event, the US Open and moved on for the win.
Italian soccer team AC Milan is currently the holder of the UEFA Champions League, well for three years now. Aside from this award AC Milan is also a holder of 13 European titles, 16 International titles and 17 Series A title in the domestic area. And with Emirates agreeing to sponsor their team, they should be even more inspired to play the best game. AC Milan will be the fourth team that Emirates has sponsored after Paris saint Germain, Hamburger SV and Arsenal Football Club.

We cannot anticipate totally who will dominate in the clash between the confident current no.1 Justine Henin and formerly no.1 ranked home favorite Serena Williams, but Henin playing the US Open exceptionally good. Making brilliant play when she wrong-footed Williams to end a point in the second set and claimed she was lucky by her opponent.

Even though two months have already passed since wrestler Chris Benoit killed his wife and son before killing himself, there is still that big question mark in our minds, especially his fans, on what could have triggered him to do such a thing. Finally we can close the book on this because findings of the study done on his brain cells show that Benoit’s brain has great damage, which could have triggered the killing. And the fact that Benoit had a history on steroid use does not help. According to the investigation Benoit’s testosterone level at that time was way above the normal range, 10 times above.
Maria Sharapova lost to 18-year old Polish player Agnieska Radwanska in last Saturday’s US Open Championship. It was at the Arthur Ashe Stadium that Maria Sharapova submitted defeat to the 18-year-old Agnieszka Radwanska with the 6-4, 1-6, 6-2 score. Sharapova had a good start but in the next sets Radwanska dominated the game. This might be her embarrassing defeat yet but Sharapova shows character, as she offers no excuses for it. She was defeated in the game and that was that. It simply was not a good year for her.

David Beckham must be feeling so bad right now…because of the injury on his right knee and the speculation that he could not play for the rest of the year. Both factors are quite bad for a star-player as Beckham. This injury was acquired last Wednesday after Fernando Salazar, midfielder from their opposing team Pachuca, tackled him in their SuperLiga title match.
After acquiring the injury here’s what Beckam had to say, "It's gone from one thing to another…It's hard to tell, but it doesn't feel good. With a ligament strain, it's four to six weeks, but we'll have to see."

The PGA Championship is one of the greatest highlights in the world of golf. PGA or Professional Golfers Association of America Championship is the time when pro golfers compete for the top position. Last week, especially Sunday, marks a great culmination for the PGA Championship. If you bet on Tiger Woods’ win, you did not bet wrongly! Woods garnered his 13th major title. This 2007 PGA Cup is actually his 4th PGA. In the tournament held at Southern Hills Country Club in Tulsa Oklahoma, he finished first place with a final-round one-under par 69 in the 72 holes.
