English football captain David Beckham is set to make his Hollywood debut next year in "Goal!" , the first film of a soccer trilogy.

In the $100 million series, which will co-star Real Madrid teammates Zinedine Zidan and Raul, Beckham plays a young Latino soccer player who joins the English team Newcastle United, reported Ananova...

"It's no secret that I want to be involved in youth coaching when I finally hang up my boots, and I believe that the 'Goal!' trilogy will provide a positive message to kids around the world," Beckham, 29, was quoted as saying.

The first two parts of this trilogy will feature Newcastle United and Real Madrid matches, while the finale will take scenes from the 2006 World Cup.
