I am in love with a nice guy and i can tell he likes me a lot too, but we never said anything to each other, except exchange greetings. I know he is VERY shy.
What should i do, should i make a move?

If you are sure that he likes you too, then try to make subtle moves, don't come on too hard on him.
Try to come up with simple conversation topics that can come after exchanging greetings. Then if that works out well, move on to other simple things, like inviting him to a cup of coffee, or a bite at the near-by cafeteria.
And so on and so forth. Just be subtle, and soft.

I agree 100% of what H.A.R said, only if your over 18 years of age... Personally, I am shy, I don't know when a girl likes me or not.
Try to spend more time with him, act normal, when you think things come closer... then tell each other... Inform the parents :)
What to talk about? Talk about life, nature, goals, and etc...

thanks i think i am gonna go ahead and tell him. its gonna be hard for me but will see wut happens. these are the times when i wish i had an older brother. lol
dont put to much pressure on him. just talk and say to him do you like me and then make a move. i know some guys are diffrent and sweet, i like that.
me too im in love with my a class mate he is so cute and he is popular in high school, when i was in junoir year and he was senoir year. but now i saw him in college, he change alot and he kind of chubby a little but he still cute. im trying to get to know a lot, i dont think he have a girlfriend. so i think he look at me like im different, he even smile at me. i cant wait to see him pscylogy class.

If you really are sure about this guy just be slow and make your move. Be confident but not pushy. You seem sweet and so be natural when you talk to him. Tell him what you like and etc... Don't mold yourself into something your not just for him.
