I was with a guy that I couldn't say 'I love you' to. The reason is that everytime i've said it to a guy or whenever the words 'in love' came up, the relationship suddenly became a little more stressful, from my own history experience anyway. I didn't want to put any pressure on him to feel he had to say it back, and I didn't want to be rejected or feel hurt. The words never came up. She is with you, that's something. Do you think she's using you financially or anything like that? If that's the case, she may not be in love with you, but do consider, it's not only a scary subject for men. As a female who has had bad experiences as far as 'love' has been, I can say that i'm reluctant now to say it first.

weel i always think that the guy who want the girl to tell him that he loves him needs to be strong & IF YOU WANT TO KNOW THAT A GIRL LOVES you you just have to walk way for sometimes & never care about her & if she realy love you she will i'm sure she will contact you .becauss after a while if she realy loved you she will know it & she will know how much she miss you & after somedays yoiu got to contact her ( if she dosn't) & tell here evedently & very clear that you loves here & you don't want to waste life for nothing & i'm sure she will
