Flowers are a classic way of surprising your loved one; A bunch of roses, or exotic flowers would be great, add a nice card and a teddy bear and the bouquet is complete.
Chocolate is a favorite with nearly everybody; a basket or box of yummy delicious chocolates would do the trick. Add a card, teddy or stuffed heart, and you're ready!
Luxury Body Care Basket would be great; Get a big basket or box, and fill it with soaps, creams, bath gels, bath salts and oils. Add a stuffed animal and the gift basket is perfect.
Jewelry is a perfect gift if you have the money! A heart would be a prefect gift on Valentine's Day; a diamond studded heart pendant is a surprise to die for. add that up with a sweet card with loving words and you are set for the day!
Don't forget that a night out at a really fancy restaurant would make the gift a memorable one, to last until the next Valentines Day!

Don't go with the usual flowers, stuffed animal, chocolates, etc...that's too expected and definitely out played. Try to make something like a scrapbook of pics and old movie ticket stubs, or rent out a hot tub that can get delivered to the house for a romantic night. Be creative.

I WOULD RATHER HIM NOT GIVE ME ANYTHING AND GET ROMANCED WITH LOVING KISSES,AND WARM SWEET WORDS OF ADORNMENT, THAN TO GET SOMETHING THAT DON'T MEAN SHIT BECAUSE IT DIDN'T HAVE ANY REAL THOUGHT OR ROMANCE BEHIND IT.
